Very Good after Sales Service and Poduct works like a charm
Service Top Notch. I have to commend he service of LBW. I approached them that I needed a new Motorcycle mount, as my mount that I had bought 18 months ago had broken. The response was quite fast and very professional, and I received the Mount. Also I had questions on the fact that my Tire pressure sensor did not work. I did not realize that it had battery issues. They updated me within a few hours and with a simple battery replacement the tire pressure sensors work. Overall the quality of the Product has been very Good. I would highly recommend the tool. It has been over 18 months and everything works like a charm. Highly recommend the product and the Seller

Screen separated but replacement on the way.
The screen came apart from the device now it won't allow touchscreen. I bought this in March 2024 it is now August 2024. I contacted The manufacturer and they are sending me a new device!!. I have been working to ensure the replacement goes as smoothly as the purchase. they have amazing customer service and they are willing to ensure your satisfaction is met. The product is a great product this one just came faulty. I recommend this product to all. I have enjoyed features like tire pressure, Bluetooth connectivity, and carplay. The best part it records front and back with the cameras integrated. I have my trip footage and other safety footage that help as you are driving. YOu can view your footage on your phone after connecting with the app to it. Can't wait to get the replacement to continue enjoying this product.

Died after a year!
Updated to 1 star 7/28/25 because the system died. I only used it for a year, and I absolutely loved it. However it stopped connecting to my phone and then a couple days later it shut off half way through my ride and would not turn back on. I tried with the USB cord and still nothing. When I messaged the manufacturers, they started to sound very suspicious, asking me to follow an odd looking link with chinese characters saying I needed to update the host. I asked "how am i supposed to update it if it wont even turn on?" Then they responded "well it must be dead, for $90 you can get a new host, please write down your paypal and take a picture for me so i can bill you, then give me your shipping information, it will come from China" the whole thing felt weird so i decided to look elsewhere. I'm so upset because i did love the system. This was fairly easy to set up. I didn't have enough space on my handlebars so I had to purchase a ball fork stem mount. See video. The cameras have good quality, and it picks up audio well. The screen brightness and chime sounds can be adjusted, and the camera view has several settings. Android auto works great, and you're able to control the audio output from your phone if you want to connect it to a Bluetooth headset. Wiring it will be easy depending on your relay set up. I had to plug the positive wire into the back of my headlight fuse. Overall a good little camera set up, and having maps and music on hand without messing with your phone is nice.

Almost exactly what I hoped for!
I've been looking for a replacement for my Garmin Zumo 395LM for a long time. I loved my old Zumo 550, but the new Garmin software is just unusably horrible. Very difficult to use. I've looked at their XT, and it's horrible wrapped in a layer of Very Poor. A couple years back I started imagining that if I could just get a Car Play headunit for my motorcycle, that would really do the trick. I didn't want to mount my phone: It's too expensive, and if I crash, it is also my safety device to call 911. I want that in my pocket. This whole class of device – a waterproof carplay unit with a touch screen, intended to be mounted on a motorcycle – is the product I have been looking for! This particular product is the best of this class that I've seen. I also own another, and this one is better: 1. It looks better. A minor point, but the angular design is very contemporary, and matches better the angular design of my bike (a KTM 1290 Superduke). 2. It combines two other functions which I've purchased separately before: Tire Pressure Sensors, and front/rear moto "dash" cameras! 3. Excellent price. Those extra functions, alone, would cost more than this device costs. And, on top of that, it's all integrated into a single, good-looking device, which can handle navigation and media! At this price, it's a no-brainer. One other thing which separates this product from similar moto-carplay products: I *really* love how they handled the integration with the phone and bluetooth headsets. All the other devices I've tried, including various expensive Garmin Zumo products, put themselves in the middle of the audio stream: Phone --> Nav Device --> BTHeadset That makes the whole system flaky. Another reason I'm ditching my Zumo is that I could not reliably get bluetooth to play stereo audio and navigation. Very, very frustrating. This device does it right!: Nav --> Phone --> BT headset In essence, this device acts as a "remote control" for my phone. It doesn't try to be an audio hub. Instead, it lets the phone do what it already does very well. Audio is high-quality, and navigation plays seamlessly, pausing or lowering the volume of any other media which is playing, exactly as you would expect. It is shocking to me that nobody else has figured that out yet. Good work to the engineers who appear to have made wise choices for this item! Over all, I'm very pleased. However, I do have some issues, which make this a four-star review, instead of a solid five. I hope the company can fix these issues in future versions! My gripes list: 1. The tire pressure sensor (TPS) software is broken when using PSI (as opposed to BAR). My best guess is that it is off by a factor of 10: Instead of reporting 42 PSI, it displays "4.2" PSI. This affects everything, including setting alarms. 2. The TPS is also very inaccurate. It's off by 10% or more, which is a HUGE amount. A true 42 PSI may appear as 37 PSI. On a motorcycle, this is a very significant SAFETY issue. 3. The TPS only allows you to set a single high/low range. Motorcycles usually have different front and rear tire pressures. My bike expects 36 front, 42 rear. If I set a lower limit at 40 psi, the front will set off an alarm. If I set the lower limit at 32 psi, the rear could get dangerously low before the alarm goes off! For motorcycles you NEED two separate ranges for each sensor/wheel. 4. The screw pattern for the mount is non-standard. They used a proprietary three-screw mounting pattern, when they should have just used the AMPS 4-hole pattern, like every other GPS in the world. This would allow it to mount on most existing hardware. Serious riders don't like a bunch of stuff strapped to their handlebars! I was able to make it work with a drill and a couple rubber grommets. But, this could have been much easier. 5. The manual is terrible. It doesn't match the software – buttons are named differently. It doesn't adequately describe usage of the system. Most things are poorly explained, if they are explained at all. They provided a manual, which is great. But, hire a technical writer for a week, and you will have top notch instructions to go with a mostly pretty good product! So far, so good! I'll update this with more details if I discover any which affect my overall feeling about this product: It's very close to exactly the product I have been hoping for, and the price is great for what you get. If they stick with it, this could be a truly excellent, five-star item.

Great unit for a great price! Updated 3/25/24 - I love this set up!
I am very happy with this product. I have had no issues with the screen like some others have. Its basic but it does the job just fine. The cameras are nice. Great video quality with LONG extension cables. I have a Can-Am Ryker that is a bit longer than a 2 wheeled bike and I had just enough and then some. Pairing took 2 minutes following the instructions in the Amazon ad. Paired phone and Sena BT helmet. EASY. Both work automatic when power goes on. Great support from LBW. I had a problem with a piece on the bracket and my message was responded to same day and a replacement was on the way 2 days later with no questions asked. Great support. I would Highly recommend this setup to anyone looking for an affordable cool addition to their bike.

Keeping an eye on my rides
Just finished installing the unit. Was easy enough to wire up. Thought the video quality was exceptional and then I realized I still hadn't even removed the protective plastic covers from the front and rear cameras so it only got better from there. I'm yet to record a ride due to cold, nasty weather but I have high hopes. The price was good, the product is sturdy and installation was easy. Who could ask for more?

Was a foot product for the money but didn’t last that lond
I’ve used this product for a year now at fir I loved it then I noticed that the screen underneath the glass was slowly crinkling up like it wasn’t glued down right then the screen stopped working all together the cameras still work when it’s turned on but just can’t use the touch screen to do anything at this point I’m looking for another one possibly aio5 it’s pricy but reliable Value for money: its ok for the price lasted a year without any problems

Amazing product
I installed this display on my Harley-Davidson because I wanted to keep my phone safely tucked away while riding. Installation was incredibly straightforward—just connect the power, and you're good to go. The display integrates seamlessly with Android Auto, and it connects to my phone in seconds. One of the standout features is the light sensor, which automatically adjusts the brightness depending on the surrounding light, ensuring perfect visibility whether it's day or night. The value for money is outstanding, and the quality of this display is top-notch, making it a perfect addition to my bike setup.
