Hi, Thinking of getting this wedge for my chair, s it comfortable to sit on for long periods ? Thanks.

In simple terms yes but I can only answer for how this cushion works for my back problems obviously. Using them, (I have several), primarily on very old fashion straight backed dinning style chairs, they make a huge difference of reducing the pain & discomfort. e.g. 5 mins without this wedge is equivalent to 1 hr plus with it, for me. In comparison to the cheaper foam wedges, the benefit of reduced pain / extended sitting is also great. I have found the advantage is less dramatic in different situations e.g. on a restaurant chair of in a cramped car. Best of luck.
