I recently purchased the ABLEGRID Body Fat Scale, and it has been a fantastic addition to my bathroom. This digital smart bathroom scale not only measures body weight accurately but also provides comprehensive body composition data, including body fat percentage, muscle mass, and more. One of the best features is its ability to sync with my smartphone via Bluetooth. The accompanying app is user-friendly and offers detailed insights into my health metrics, making it easy to track my progress over time. The scale itself is sleek and modern, with a clear, easy-to-read display. The setup was straightforward, and the scale is very responsive, providing quick and reliable readings. I find this scale to be really impressive and interesting! You do have to download an app to be able to use the full amenities, but it is worth it. The app allows for easy tracking, reading of information/stats, and it doesn’t take that long. You can still use the scale without the app and be able to see majority of what is on the app, but you just will not be able to go as in depth. I would assume it tracks weight correctly, though I am not sure how you would ensure it is. It provides context beyond your simple weight which I think makes it worth the money. It is easy to clean like any other scale you would own, the only difference is you have to occasionally charge it. It does hold its charge for a very long time and alerts you before “giving out”. Overall, I think if you are looking for a smart scale then this one is a great option! And it’s pink;)

Great product and functional

I got this scale around Christmas because I recently started on a weight loss journey with my nutrition coach and personal trainer. I got it thinking that the scale would be able to give him more information and data on various measurements. I DO think that this is a very good scale and I DO like that it shows information such as BMR (basic metabolic rate) which is important when losing weight! I also like that it shows other body composition features such as muscle percentage, water percentage, which helps me as I lose weight- to be able to see: did it lose or gain in fat, muscle, water, etc. My complaint and frustration is that for the first month, this scale would only measure my weight in kg (kilograms) NOT lbs (pounds), which was frustrating for both me and my trainer/nutrition coach, because we track and monitor my weight. So the weight that I reported to him was the weight in kilograms, then I had to convert it using google. I HOPE that this issue is FINALLY RESOLVED! It was really annoying and frustrating: especially after paying $60!!!! I did reach out to the customer support. Unfortunately the customer support is in another country, no one from America. I was emailing them back and forth. There was no customer service phone number. I sincerely hope that my technical issues have finally been resolved!!! I’m paying a lot of money to work with my nutrition coach and accurate weigh ins are important. I am disappointed in the customer service. It is a good scale- once you can use it properly!!!

I've used InBody body composition analyzer stand up scales available at high-end gyms, but the ABLEGRID Body Fat Scale is surprisingly consistent in readings and is very convenient to use. All this available at its price point is frankly amazing. I love that it's rechargable and needs a recharge only every 3-4 months or so. The Fitdays app connects to my Samsung Health app, and I now have a readout of activity from years before the purchase to the detailed fat mass, body fat percentage, muscle mass, BMI, readings showing low/normal/high range for all those at the Samsung Health app now. One thing I've noticed though is that the heart rate monitor seems inaccurate with my readings being very high, despite my manual measurements (finger to neck) being much more in normal range. Besides that, if I think the food and exercise I had the previous day should affect my readings up or down, the ABLEGRID Body Fat Scale reflects it consistently. I therefore don't understand the complaints of the other reviewers. I've used this product since May 2023 and no problems, and I'm a fitness nut, swimming 1.5 km freestyle 3 times a week average and brisk walking 2 times a week for about half hour to an hour. I'm very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone. I've recommended it to my daughter, but she's not as much of a health nut so she's not purchased one yet (we're empty nesters). Some things, you can't control in life: the weather, daughters, and unreliable electronics.

Really like this scale. Easy to use, understand, and sync with phone. Accurate, easy to read display, easy to follow charts, multiple measurements, and good battery life.

The product was delivered without a charger or a C-type wire in the package. The App related to the product crashes continuously. Very disappointed regarding this product.

I bought these scales because they weren't the cheapest on Amazon so I was expecting and hoping for a scale that would be decently accurate. I have been going to a dietician and get my body composition checked each visit and comparing their InBody 570 scale to this Ablegrid scale the figures are way out. Inbody says I'm 9.8% this scale says 17.2% muscel mass on Inbody says 37.1kg and these scales say 56.5% and every other parameter is out besides the actual weight which there is a difference albeit acceptable. I will see what my chances are for a refund to be honest, as I understand for the price they are not going to be commercial accuracy but these seem to be way out and what sold me on these scales in the claim of the accuracy with the state of the art sensors it uses. If you want accuracy, im my experience DO NOT BUY.

they seem accurate, they look good, good value for money, easy to use, they tell you loads of information even tell your heart rate, it’s easy to change the scales from lbs to kg through the app, they detected a weight change as first time i got on them i had my phone in my hand and then got off them to put phone down and it detected there was a change in weight and told me in the app, they are very functional and the bonus being they charge by usb.

This scale exceeds the expectations that I had for it! Works for both my wife and I. Super awesome. Great app. Love it.

Nach 4 Wochen mal ein erstes Fazit: die Kopplung mit der App funktioniert reibungslos und WENN gekoppelt, bleiben auch die zuvor eingestellten Parameter (kg statt lb und anderes) gespeichert. Die Waage ist ehrlich. Tägliche Abweichungen zwischen zwei Messungen liegen bei uns im normalen Toleranzbereich. Ich kann die Werte gut ablesen, alles in allem bin ich für den Preis sehr zufrieden. Ob eine Waage den Puls messen muss (das dauert auch unangenehm lange)… entscheidet selbst. Für mich ein verzichtbares Feature.
