Convenient size to be able to use at home. It's a good cushion resistance with a soft exterior. It's light weight but holds me and I'm 200lbs+, Great price. I use it to help me with my balance. It is the same one I used at PT and they recommended I get one for home.

Sizing was perfect and I use this pad for a variety of ab/core and leg exercises. I can't speak for the durability, but the pad has lasted me a few months already with no signs of tear and wear. It's very comfortable and squishy. I sometimes use it as a pillow for when I am meditating.

Love this. Didn't tear even after the dog got ahold of it. I love it! I use it for my knees but I use it mainly to sit on. I have used it, (and still do periodically), for exercising. It's size is absolutely fantastic especially considering I have a big ol wide butt/hips. The height, firmness, and functionality of it is absolutely perfect to hold my weight whether I am sitting on it, kneeling, or standing/exercising on it. I will say the durability is fantastic. The day it arrived and I unpackaged it, it was still covered in clear plastic but somehow my dog (a 77lb boxer just for reference) got ahold of it and started clawing at it and playing with it thinking it was some new toy. She tore the plastic and scratched just the surface of the foam but never penetrated it or tore a hole in the foam so that was a huge plus! I included a picture to show the "damage" that my boxer did to it, very miniscule considering her breed, size and weight that she put into clawing this foam. I def recommend it. If something ever happens to this one, I would buy it again.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Nice pad, good size. Useful for a wide range of applications. I’m using it primarily for exercise related use.

these are Shockingly good quality for the price. I was expecting them to squishier for the price and intended them for other uses anyway, but no, they have the springing rebound AND contouring give you would expect for something like this. if you've ever bruised or broken your tailbone, you know that never really heals right. If you need something to protect it during floor exercises, kneel on, or for balance exercises, this is great buy. I don't know how well it will hold up, yet, but it seems to be properly made for its function.

Good density item used by the pros at physical therapy. Challenge your balance skills or use as knee pad. Not to hard and not smushy soft. Just right.
