Highly recommend 👌
After a long research and deliberation i bought this chair. Their packaging was neat and clean,proper tools and manual was given for the hustle free installation.. It took me around 20mts to finsh the installation.. When it comes to quality i was mesmerised such a strong and study built quality, chair comfort takes me to the another level and it comes with the adjustable lumbar support.. Their tilt and the hydraulic mechanism was awesome.Overall perfect for both office and home usage.. I strongly recommend everyone to go without hesitation.. Their only drawback is no warranty was given from the seller.. I bought this for around 10k during the festival sale

Horrible/Uncomfortable
The chair is not comfortable, causes back pain, no matter what settings you use. Looks like all other reviews are paid. This is very bad. Cannot even return it. Please do not even think of getting it. Worst product.

NO INSTALLATION OR WARRANTY SUPPORT FOR THE PRODUCT
There is NO mechanism to seek assistance with installation or warranty from the manufacturer for the product. They do not have representation in India. The only contact is the importer/seller who is clueless. Amazon sells products with the promise of a warranty on the product page where you 'Add to Cart'. When an issue arises you are tossed between the seller, manufacturer and Amazon itself. Each passing the buck to the other. This is the second time...

Getting back pain after 1 hrs use

Got wrinkles after single use of chair. Assembly done yesterday only and not even seat on chair more than 1 hour.

Dumping faulty defective product in India that are reject by quality control in US. Please don’t by this in India.
