I tried this even knowing hey my hair is only at about a lifted 9 blonde. It does work but you really should have your hair basically white bleached or white based. The formula is thick AF but conditioning. Makes hair soft. I opted to just go platinum blonde for the moment and will try this again later when my hair is Lighter. The tone is correct 💯 but for my hair type it's going to have to be lifted more. Silvers are notoriously hard to hit and keep. But if you're already a crazy pale blonde beyond that 9-10 level like white blonde this will actually come out really pretty. I didn't hate it even on a basic pale blonde. Might try a demi silver too. Somehow I don't think this will have staying power on my hair.

Favorite , this is the best ash I've ever found. Very blue strong. Never have an issue with my hair going dark brown red. I mix this and regular black 70/30. I love this color. It’s the closest I can find to my natural red/copper hair color. I just color my roots and it matches pretty seamlessly. My hair is always healthy and shiny.

Children, listen to my story: I have medium brown hair, and got “darkest ash brown 2A”, and followed the directions to the letter, with caution- it recommended the 20vol, I got the 10vol. It recommended 45 mins for covering a lot of grey, I did 30 mins. It had been over 12 weeks since the last time I colored, using a medium ash brown. …….. the “darkest ash brown” came out raven’s wing black. I mean so black it’s doing that highlighting deep blue thing in both artificial and natural light. Like deep midnight true black with blue-black tones. Obviously, this wasn’t what I was hoping for and I would love some feedback from the maker on how in the world this happened, but I am giving the product four stars because it was easy to use, saturated beautifully, not a single hint of grey to be seen, and the bond bar aftercare system smells great and left my hair soft. If I had wanted black hair, I’d be thrilled. If it had come out dark ash brown, it would get 5 stars. Let this be a lesson to ye.

I don't leave a lot of reviews but I'm a natural ginger, my hair has always been between strawberry blonde and Merida from brave hair color, I should of left it alone but when I turned 45 I decided I would dye it auburn because I thought it would look more mature than my natural copper top, big mistake for one I'm milk white with orange freckles that match my natural hair and the auburn was too dark on me making me look even more pale where people would ask if I was sick, I kept trying to get my orange red color back but nothing I tried would get it quite right, I got color oops and took out any dye that was in my hair and then tried this hoping it wouldn't turn carrot orange like someone said it did to theirs, it didn't, it came out for the exact match for my natural hair color I even did the touchdown dance in my bathroom, I'll never dye my hair again now that this fixed it.

The picture shows a white ash blonde and claims that it can lift the hair color up 5 levels. I used this on virgin hair with 40 volume like recommended and it did not lift up to a level 10 light white blonde color. Was very yellow and brassy. Emailed the seller about this and they claim that because I used it they won’t do a refund. I’m having to order something else to get my hair lifted up to the light blonde color. If you want white blonde hair like in the picture then go with bleach instead of this. Inaccurate picture/ description somewhat deceptive.

my daughter has been using this color for a while & absolutely loves it! we do have a little of an issue w it not taking as well in some places sometimes having to touch up but that may be bc of prior dye/bleach. overall we love it & price is great.

Turned my hair a medium brown. Color looks nice but it didn’t come out very copper as the shade swatch shows.
