I love all the Rule 1 Supplements.. The PreLift is a favorite for many reasons. Not too much itch, great lasting energy and feels great after a workout.

It’s a decent product and clinically dosed. The flavor is just alright maybe a little chalky. It’s good but not great. Doesn’t pack a punch like a pre like ryse.

I tried this brand out of curiosity. An honestly if your looking for a prework that gives you a pump and is smooth after your finished working out. This is it. I highly recommend. Some prework outs give a horrible after effect for those persons that have experienced this they can relate. This prework is very clean
