The media could not be loaded. The robot vacuum was pretty easy to set up. It initially took a few goes to connect to our WiFi. It is my great choice for keeping our floors clean and tidy. A combination of suction and brushes effectively clean both hard floors and carpets.👍Smart home compatibility.I can control it by using the ECOVACS app, schedule cleanings, set cleaning modes, and monitor its progress from my smartphone. Additionally, it is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant, so i can control the vacuum with voice commands.👍Other useful features.such as automatic charging and resume cleaning, which ensures that it can complete the cleaning job without interruption. It also has a high-capacity dustbin, so i don't have to empty it as frequently.One other thing, before I go, the ECOVACS can be given a name on the app, and I am torn with what to call it.Overall, the ECOVACS offers a convenient and efficient way to keep our home clean. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for new smart vacuum . it's worth every penny and has saved us much time having to vacuum.

The media could not be loaded. The box it arrived in was a large box and the contents were safely packed in there. This is a great vacuum cleaner for everyday cleaning, great design and suction, very easy to use. it also can mop. Very happy and pleased with how it works, especially from the app you can see all the different parts of the house with cleaning progress. Also can start the machine with voice control like ‘ok, Yiko’. Then tell him’ start cleaning’. That’s so easy to use. I'd highly recommend it for anyone.

We had various issues with the machine.Firstly I should mention that we only use the machine on a flat vinyl floor with few obstacles and no rugs or carpets, so probably the most ideal conditions for a robotic hoover.1. When mopping, the mop heads miss a line of the floor in fast or standard cleaning. You have to use a deep clean to prevent this, which obviously takes a lot longer and runs the battery out quicker.2. When mopping, the mop heads were not wet enough using low or normal, so we had to use high wetness to get a sufficient mopping outcome. This meant that the water and dirty water tank needed changing before the end of the clean, which you cannot do if the machine is programmed to work during the night.3. The machine will not go under our sofa and arm chair, even though it has at least 50mm head clearance above the hoover. The machine also spends way too long going round the legs of the sofa and arm chair, time and time again, probably because it doesn't want to go under the sofa. It therefore ends up vaccuming and mopping the same places over and over again?4. As far as we can work out (NO REPLY FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES AFTER 3 EMAILS) you cannot set up different cleaning shedules with different cleaning preferences. For instance we wanted to set a hoover schedule during the night to vacuum every day of the week and then wanted to set a second schedule during the night to mop the floors two days a week. This isn't possible, you can't instruct the machine to vaccum one night and vacumm and mop another night.5. Yiko, the voice assistant does not react to our voices. We have tried time and time again and it has only said "I'm here" once or twice in all the times we've said it. Absolutely useless.6. Customer service is non existent, we have emailed three times to try and sort the above issues out, but have had no reply.We will be sending the machine back!

This had truly transformed my home cleaning. Love it. Some quirks - didn’t find app particularly intuitive and the voice activation is a bit temperamental. However does an excellent job. Really need a charging station upstairs as it’s a bit heavy to carry. It’s a very clever device. My house has never been cleaner

Many years ago I argued with my husband about the need for a robot hoover and how it wouldn't replace the need to vacuum the house. How wrong I was. Since then we have owned many (~10 possibly more) different robots. This robot is THE FERRARI of them all.I have a house with 5 furry animals and this thing literally saves me hours of my life. It also mops at the same time as I have laminate type flooring and it does a truly fantastic job especially during the winter when everyone is in and out with wet paws/feet.It has a plethora of settings to meet your needs. Low/mid/high suction and mopping modes.There is an easy to use scheduling app.It has a camera and sensor which makes it clever as it makes it's way around the house, in a methodical and ordered.It gets in corners well and avoids objects both permanent (furniture) and temporary (dogs, toys, shoes).All of the above is true or the previous model (which I also had), but the improvements of this model include water heating for the mopping which aids stain removal of dried mud etc, and it can now lift the mopping pads during cleaning to enable effective transition between carpet/rugs and hard floor areas.The only area of my house I have to hoover now are my stairs, and in forever grateful for the extra time in bed 😅

Does a great job cleaning for the most part.Mopping function is really good with the rotting mops, the base station is easy to use and maintain and it’s mostly reliable.It does however on occasion get lost or forget its maps and has to be coerced into either remapping or by doing a hard reset and starting again.

robot working very helpful, but I bought on April, but today when I learn how to put cleaning liquid, suddenly found there is a part missing between 2 tanks , hope someone contact me ASAP.
