Pelican Air 1605 Case No Foam (Black)

I got this pelican case and plan to use it as a portable tri screen desktop pc

I am recommending one to every traveler. Remember only Pelican case can survive in airport baggage system in case it's crashed by system. I want another Pelican case to buy! Great product!

This is a great case. There was minor compression damage to the pick foam, but it really was minor. If you really want a stand out case, consider spraying with a plastic dip. It seals the shape into one piece and looks really great. This trip also adds durability.

Great case, ended up buying some more foam just to snug up my gear in the TrekPak inserts. Works well.

I’ve been searching for the best hard case for my pedalboard, and this one is perfect. My Pedaltrain 2 fits perfectly (with all the pick n pluck pieces removed on both layers.) I only had to cut out some of the foam on the right side since I have jacks that extend past the edge of the Pedaltrain. There’s enough room to place cables underneath the board too. Now I lug my board around between rehearsals and such, and not have to worry about damaging any of the pedals. It’s not heavy at all (and much lighter than other hard cases,) and the big, rubberized handle makes it easy to carry (even easier than the soft Pedaltrain case.) The fact that it’s waterproof too is just an extra bonus. As with all Pelican stuff, the quality is there, and so is the high price. Hence the 4 stars for value. However, it’s completely worth it to have piece of mind protection for my board.
