Product is great. However fedex delivery was awful. My neighbor found our package in the roadway and delivered it.

Seems to have gotten rid of enough bugs that the mole left. Only thing I didn't like was it didn't have the settings for my smaller spreader. Scott's edgeguard.

The instructions were simple and it’s definitely cut down in bugs and gnats. If using the TurfBuilder EdgeProtect Mini (this one is the most popular seed spreader at many stores) then I suggest a 3-4 setting depending on the severity of the pests you are treating. The instructions say overtreating can simply repel pests which won’t allow the granules to work as intended. This also helps with fleas and ticks, so we treated the whole yard (you can do 4-5 feet from foundation if treating a particular house pest like ants, etc). Be sure to treat when you are sure it won’t rain for 24 hours! Although you need to water this in well, rain can cause it to wash away. One thing to note: this will not treat for mosquitos as they are usually high in trees and plants, or still bodies of water. I saw a few negative ratings saying this didn’t treat mosquitos, but that’s not what it’s intended for.

A guy who worked for a pest control company recommended this to me and wow this stuff works great. Just make sure you wet it or it rains pretty soon after spreading. Doesn’t take much. After a year or so you’ll only need to treat your yard once a year. Lasts long. Worth it trust me. Red ants and ticks are gone!!
