Highly recommend. Buy it, you won't be sorry
This mop is wonderful and I'm so glad I bought it. It came with 2 microfiber cloths, the mop, 2 microfiber velcro cloths and a duster. Set up was easy and I've used it with a floor cleaner and water the first time and just water after that. This makes cleaning my floors soo easy and I'm soo glad that I purchased this mop. The handle is extremely sturdy and I've been wanting a Norwex mop but didn't want tti pay the norwex price. This was in my price range and my boyfriend commented on how good my floors looked as soon as he saw them. I have a long haired cat who enjoys long naps on my balcony and taking in dust after rolling in the outside carpet. I'm always cleaning my floors and this makes cleaning them a breeze. My order came with a thank you note which was greatly appreciated. I waited a while before writing this review because I wanted to see how it worked after a couple of uses. My opinion has not changed and I'm still in love with my new mop, I'd buy this again and I'll probably buy more cleaning pads because 2 are not enough. Great price and it does a great job and I love how I can clean my floors with just water and they look fabulous!!

5 YEARS later and still a Strong Handle and Great Mop
Glad to find I did a Review on this Mop. Bought it April 2015. This Mop sits outside my kitchen door in all the elements...OH FIRST OFF I do have the Aluminum Flat Head put together with the plastic stuff. This Mop is still in great shape with NO worn Parts. A bunch of years ago I bought a great Libman Mop same type of style and used the heck out of that. The spring part that kept it together was always popping off and getting put back together. When the lousy handle finally gave out Hubby and I went to Amazon. That is how I got this one. My Libman is still my favorite largely because of the great fitting Green Microfiber cleaning pad. Libman at least sold them separately and I did get 3 over the years. I have worn two out. My last one is still nearly new and going strong. AND this Libman is still the one I grab first because of the Green Microfibre Pad....SOLELY BECAUSE OF THAT PAD. Now back to this one: The pads that come with it work well. Just take some care cleaning them. I DO NOT place them in the Washer n Dryer....I hand wash them in the sink with hot soapy water. My Homemade Soap that doesn't cause any deterioration to the Pads. Rinse and lay outside to dry....Then I bag them when dry completely. MY MAIN REASON FOR UPDATING THIS IS because of that non existent Green Microfibre Pad....BY NOW I WOULD THINK YOUR COMPANY WOULD HAVE MADE THESE. IT'S 5 YEARS ALREADY. I am not the only one out there in Amazon land that would buy them. Just make them 20" long and 6" wide. Plain and simple. That is the size needed for the 18" Head so people won't keep damaging the baseboards from the hard plastic corners on the head. Or damaging chair legs or removing paint in the toe kick at the baseboards. It is REALLY Simple....The Cleaning Pad MUST BE LARGER THAN THE MOP HEAD.... IF the ITEM is DAMAGED upon Arrival....that is all on the Amazon Warehouse and Delivery. SEND IT BACK....REORDER and Pray the next one won't be damaged. When I have to send back a Received Damage Item...I put a NOTE inside the BOX to tell the Warehouse Workers that is is UNUSABLE AND BROKEN. Then they can deal with that. So many pictures and unhappy customers with pic of broken parts on this mop is so so sad. 5 years and mine is still going strong. Wow....this is ONE STRONG Mop...I am very impressed with this....I can adjust the length...as I am not a tall gal. It works wonderfully...I haven't used it wet yet...just as a duster for now....I am very glad I purchased this...it is gonna last me a really long time. I have Ceramic tile, Wood laminate, vinyl flooring, and a Laundry Room and Guest Bath with that stuff on a roll that gets glued down...(forgot what they call that stuff)...This Mop is great, and I love the well built strong Handle. Oh those stick on pads....well....they are fantastic .... :) Here is a NOTE to the Place that Sent this to Me..... You fulfilled the Order the first time just fine....Then a few days Later....Sent me another one....You will get the 2nd one back....as I am Honest. You didn't charge me twice. :) :) It will ship back tomorrow.

Finally Something I Love Using on My Hardwood Floors!
We had to replace all of our flooring a couple of years ago, and have tile in the bathrooms and utility room, and hardwood everywhere else. I have spent two years trying to find the perfect tool to keep it all clean, without using a disposable things like a swiffer. Brooms don't pick up the fine dust very well. A vacuum cleaner was OK, but a lot to lug around, and it could only do a 10 to 12 in. area at a time. I had a floor scrubber with rotating, washable pads, which worked well on the tile, but was too harsh on the hardwood. After trying some other options, I found this mop. I can control the swivel, the handle is adjustable, and the dust mop picks up everything! The two microfiber pads for wet cleaning do a great job on both the wood and the tile. It's very wide, so I don't have to make as many passes through the room. It easily goes under the beds, our couches and even the bathroom vanities, so my whole floor gets cleaned. The big seller for me, however, is how easy this is to use. My old dust/wet mop combination had a pad I had to wet, then slide on one end of the mop, and finally secure it with velcro. It was a pain, especially when I wanted to rinse out the pad. This one is super-easy. I wet the pad, put it on the floor, put the mop on top of it and press down a bit - and that's it! Removing the pads, wet or dry, is also easy, and they are all machine washable. I am also happy with the sturdy construction of the mop and the pads. I expect this mop to last a long time. Finally, the two microfiber cleaning cloths that came with it are of very good quality. They have become my favorites.

Great for the price
I have a lot of hardwood in my house and 3 kids + husband. Yep, lots of dirt. I have had a Bona mop for several years. It does the job, but I was looking for something that was a bit better. The problem with the Bona is that I find that I have to scrub pretty hard to get the small droplets of liquid spills (after they have dried) off of my floor. I was looking into the Norwex mop, but couldn't justify the expense. This mop seemed similar and fairly priced so I ordered it. At first glance, this thing is big, which I expected. It covers a lot more surface area than the Bona mop. I tried it as soon as I received it. I dry mopped first and although it seemed to pick up a lot of dust, etc that I don't normally get as easily with my broom, I don't like cleaning the dry mop after using it. It's not as simple as sweeping the dirt on to a dust pan and tossing it. However, it does sweep a lot better. The wet mop was really easy to use and I was done mopping in no time since it is so big. I wish that the handle had a squeeze bottle attachment like the Bona, though, for those times that I want to use floor cleaner. I'm pretty lazy and I want things to be super easy! However, the wet mop pad is really awesome! It cleans the floor really well without me having to scrub or put that much pressure on the handle. I don't think I'll completely get rid of the Bona yet because of the ease of the squeeze! But, I'm keeping this for those days when my floor needs a touch up.

Well made... you get what you pay for.
I wanted a way to clean ceramic tile flooring with somewhat deep grout lines and didn't want to be on my hands and knees to do it. I ordered this microfiber mop and so far results are good. The mop head and handle are well made - not cheap. I have had many other, cheaper brands have the head disassemble/break/come apart when I press hard to get things scrubbed. This one is quite strong and you can lock the articulation of the head which is nice. The handle is long (telescoping) and quite strong and made of metal that isn't cheap or "metal looking" but really metal and plastic. Trying not to mention another brand here. The microfiber pads (2 came with) have done a good job cleaning the floor after wetting the microfiber. Pleased so far. It isn't the cheapest but I would rather buy one instead of buying and breaking a few before deciding to buy a more expensive one. I haven't used the dusting head as of yet. The attachment method for the pads/heads to the mop head are good and secure. Would recommend.

Can't believe I'm this excited about a mop!
I cannot believe I am this happy about a dust mop / mop, however, this really is an incredible product! I am the one responsible for cleaning all of our hardwood floors, which used to be a very tiring process. We do have a roomba, which helps with the day to day vacuuming, however, having a cat that constantly sheds hair EVERYWHERE is difficult to keep up with. I would generally only wet mop the floors every month or two, as needed, using a water and vinegar solution, which works great at cleaning, without damaging the floors. I had been using one of those hardwood floor cleaning mops, which use the terry cloth pads over a rectangular plastic mop head. I would spray the cleaning solution onto the floor, then mop. By the time I was done, maybe 30-45 minutes later, I was so tired and my back was killing me (I am 6'3" and the mop I was using did not have a very long handle). I would also go back and notice that while the floor was cleaner, it still wasn't really clean, with debris still here and there. So, I figured I needed something better, and was going to buy a swiffer sweeper for dust mopping, but then saw this and thought this might be better since I could do both dry dust mopping and wet mopping with one device. Boy am I glad I got this!!! The day it came, I broke it out, attached the dust mop head and away I went. Within a couple minutes I had done the whole floor and it was debris-free (not cat hair or debris anywhere.) I then switched to the wet mop pad and did as directed; wet the pad, then wring out well. I used my same cleaning solution and was amazed at how much faster and better I could clean the floor! I was done in maybe 10 minutes tops and the floors have never looked so good. I also did not have to spray cleaner nearly as often, as the pad seems to hold a lot more solution. The mop is rock-solid and best of all, I can adjust it to my height, so when I finished my back was not killing me! The pads are very high quality and easy to clean. After dust mopping, I took the entire thing outside, removed the pad and shook it out. When finished wet mopping, I just washed the pad out in the sink, wrung dry and done. This one is a winner. Wish everything was designed and built this well. I expect this should last a long time.

and my wife and I have cleaned our hardwood multiple times so I think I have a pretty good idea of how (really good) this thing is
I've had this mop for about four months now, and my wife and I have cleaned our hardwood multiple times so I think I have a pretty good idea of how (really good) this thing is. I've had a few mops over the years, most recently a Cedar spray mop (piece of junk). In short, this thing rules. I have a house that is all hardwood/tile except for the stairs so I need something that is easy to use and does a great job. Since this comes with two mop heads, I use one to clean a room, swap it out for the dry one and immediately go back over the floor to dry it and the results are spectacular. I swear I just stop and look at my floors and marvel at how nice they look. We have two active indoor cats and I would have never thought they would be the main source of hardwood smudges but this product takes their paw prints off with ease. Thanks to the large size of the mop, the nice swivel action, and the easily adjustable handle, you'll be able to get great results in a pretty reasonable amount of time. I use this cleaner: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002LGSJ86/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&th=1 So far everything has held up really well, so it seems to be high quality stuff. We wash the mop heads separately and let them air dry and they come out really clean every time. There is no gimmick to this product or really any parts to break down (like my Cedar mop where the spray bottle seal failed, then the spring for the trigger failed), it's just a high-quality mop.

Not the Best Option for Those Who Have Shedding Pets
I've had this product approximately 9 months now. At first, I liked it, but I quickly discovered it's not ideal if you have shedding pets. When I first began using it, the dust mop attracted dust and fur easily, and held on to it. Now, debris does fall away as I push it around. I always follow the proper cleaning procedures for microfiber cleaning. Another drawback, if I want to clean the dust mop of the dust and/or fur, to do a proper job, I have to run my vacuum over it at least two times as I sweep my home, and once again when finished. This is easier said than done. I have to lay the entire unit on the floor, turn the mop head over exposing the microfiber, slightly step on the head to keep it from moving around, and vacuum. If I attempt to remove the dust mop to vacuum it, dust and fur fly everywhere as I pull it off the mop head. In my 1200 sq ft. apartment, I have vinyl plank in my entry, laundry area, kitchen, living room and bathrooms. I vacuum our carpets, as well as dust mop and wet mop the vinyl floors daily. I have recently switched to just using my vacuum with the hard floor attachment and microfiber pad instead of this dust mop. I simply grew tired of the previous process hassle. I will go back to my Sweepa for my sweeping. That worked very well for me for over 10 years, until the sweeper was accidentally left behind when we moved. The wet mops are okay, but they don't seem to pick up the dirt from the grooves in my floor as well as I would like. I walk our two dogs three times a day, so they track in a fair amount on their paws and the natural oils on their pads get into those grooves as well. I have no issues keeping the wet mop heads on. I wet the mop, ring, throw it on the floor microfiber down, put the attachment head over it and slightly step on each side of the metal to secure it to the microfiber. I do like the swivel head on this, and the width. The telescope pole also works well. I do not agree with other buyers that it's flimsy or cheaply made. I've used all the microfiber mops that come with this a lot and have washed them many times. Despite having a washer that shreds things, they are holding up fine. If you're not washing and drying the wet mop immediately, I recommend hanging it to dry. It takes forever to air dry, leaving you with a not so pleasant smelling mop, and I live in the desert. The handle and head have been sturdy enough for my heavy duty use. If I didn't have pets, I would be content with this mop set for my daily basic cleaning. Deeper cleaning would require something better suited to get into my textured floors though. Would I buy it again? No, I wouldn't.
