Amazing product. If you train at my gym I will have already talked your ear off about how brilliant this has been for my recovery and general well being (hair, skin and mind). But I wanted to take the time to write it here. Particularly after the wonderful customer service I received recently when I had a question about the steam generator. I teach 7-8 hours of martial arts classes a day holding pads for heavy hitters and that takes a massive toll on the body. This sauna has helped massively and has made it possible for me to keep pushing my body. It’s easy to use, it generates a lot of steam. If I’ve felt like I’m starting to come down with a cold I add albas oil to the generator (maybe check with the supplier if that’s ok first) but I’ve found it’s helped keep most of the winter flu away. The red led light and the heat have helped with my skin looking fresher. For almost 40 people are always shocked when I tell them how old I am (thankfully as they thought I was much younger). Also I noticed that my hair was starting to thin a touch. But after using the red light plus the heat from sitting in the sauna for 20/30 mins a day 3 or 4 times a week my hair is back to its thick ways. I think the increase in blood flow to the scalp really helps. Remember to clean the felt flooring or at least let it drip dry on the line outside, also allow the pop up tent to air in between uses and you will have an amazing peace of kit for a small price. I leave mine up as I use it so often. It tucks away nicely into a corner. I couldn’t recommend this more. It has made a great impact on my life. Thanks from me and my now less dodgy knees, hips elbows and shoulders.

An amazing home sauna that is very quick and easy to assemble, heats up quickly, folds away really easily too. Also comes with a chair and a red light which adds to the therapy! You can also add some incense to the diffuser e.g. olbas oil which is very effective at helping with breathing.

Over all, well worth it. It's good, the lower height actually makes it feel Hitler as your are closer to the roof. The light is nice. I could not get it about 40 degrees at any 95% humidity. The chair is small and low and a little uncomfortable but a live of carry may sound solve this. My feet stayed cool but a quick wave of my hands around moved the steam around nicely. Very easy to set up , wipe and take down but be aware that the tubes kink very easily being silicon so make sure they are as straight as possible else you end up with high pressure in the steamer! I may put pipe insulation around them to keep them un-kinked. The controls need a direct line of sight, either they are infrared or the material blocks the signal. For quick heat up boil water in a kettle first. Overall it's what I expected for the price and may get a second steamer to up the temp. The size is about 80cm by 80cms.

The Thermolab steam sauna is brilliant. There’s loads of room inside, I can stand up comfortably without feeling like I’m being steamed in a wardrobe. It gets nice and hot too, proper sweat-it-all-out heat, which is exactly what you want. We’ve put ours in the conservatory so no stepping out into the Arctic afterwards. Setup was really easy, no swearing, no drama, no leftover parts. It feels well made and solid. Genuinely would recommend this to anyone. Great bit of kit, great experience, and a great purchase all round.

This sauna is amazing. So easy to install and very compact. I now have it set up in my bedroom over the winter months. I can’t believe how easy it is to use. It is very relaxing, The steam quality is excellent. I sometimes put a drop of lavender oil in the water tray for a good night sleep. I would definitely recommend

The Thermolab Portable Sauna I received is great after a workout and I've seen some actual improvements to my overall health because of it. My chiropractor suggested visiting a sauna after workouts to help with some of the pains I've been getting worked on. Not only did it help with the aches and pains I get from working out, but I've noticed my skin seems better and I sleep so much better after a steam. It's been so nice that I've pushed myself in my workouts. The assembly was only 7-10 minutes, at most. The material seems to be of nice quality and the steam device with the remote control is simple to use. I think the light they give you is just okay, but I didn't expect much with the size of the sauna. Packing it up is as easy as the assembly as well, so it's truly portable if you wanted to take it with you somewhere. I haven't found the need yet, but its carrying case would come in handy to do so. I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to keep healthy and in shape and needs help with recovery time. I find the older I get the longer sometimes recovery can be and this has helped me out and to push myself a bit more. A nice relaxing steam in a sauna is just what I needed and I'm glad this product was a perfect fit for that need in price, quality, and portability.

Amazing, I have it a few weeks now and use it all the time, very hot I can’t stay longer that 15min. Very well made and very easy to put together.100% recommend it 👍I saw a review saying it wasn’t hot enough and was a bit worried but took the chance, I’m so glad I did.

I purchased the ThermoLab Portable Sauna after a friend told me how great his was. I’ve been having difficulty sleeping due to tension in my neck, and being a PT I know that heat helps increase circulation allowing faster healing. The sauna (and trust me it gets hot!) allows you to sweat the toxins out of your body while relaxing you. It was super easy to assemble. It took me 10 minutes tops! I wasn't sure where I wanted to put it, and decided on the porch- it's so lightweight and portable that I can change its location as well as pack it away easily if I needed the space. I love the sensory lights and window so you don't feel claustrophobic. The heat is adjustable and is on a timer. I'm using my sauna to help me relax (as one would if taking a hot bath before bed). I pulled out some aromatherapy and put on some rain sounds while using it. I was so relaxed that I slept thru the night for the first time in months! What I didn't expect is how great my skin felt after opening up all my pores, so Bonus Points for soft skin! If you want to unwind while increasing your health benefits you can't go wrong with buying one. I wish I found out about it before the holidays because this would make a great gift for the person who has everything.

After trading reviews about it melting or getting too hot I cautiously turn the P temp to 8-10 as the highest of 15 is super hot and honestly too hot for me anyway. We have used it 4 times since we got it and it has performed great each time. It doesn't take up much space. It's easy to use with the provided remote controls. Overall when used with care I would recommend this to others for purchase. Great to travel with as well to our cabin. Packs up easily. Great value for the cost. Also seems durable. The little light is an extra feature that's nice for ambience.

This product does exactly what I expected. It takes about 9-10 minutes to get heated up, then you can get in (quickly) and enjoy a good steam. It comes with everything shown on the product ad. It was easy to set up and works well. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that the space is a bit small inside as the chair touches one side, and my feet have about 1 inch without touching the other side (I'm just under 5'8"). I have only gotten up to the setting of 11 for 20 min. after 4 uses. I'm not sure I could breathe at level 15, and surely would be out in 10-12 minutes. You will need to adjust levels to work for you.
