Can become an Addiction
Surprisingly effective (and delicious!) I was very skeptical at first, but became quite desperate when my milk supply started to decrease. I tried many different things, and this is one of the few products that actually helped improve my milk production. Besides being effective, these cookie bites are also really tasty — almost addictive. The only downside is that you need to eat several per day to see the best results. Overall, I’m very happy I gave this a try and would recommend it to moms who are struggling with milk supply and are looking for something that truly makes a difference.

Really works!!
My sister in law swore by these and had extra packs and let me try some. I lost my milk supply due to not pumping enough, so I decided to buy my own box as well as eating the packs she gave me. I am a few days in, eating one-two packs a day and I already see a difference in my milk supply! I also don't pump as often as I should, which says a lot. The cookie flavor is actually really delicious and they make for great snack and dessert. Having them in packs also makes it convenient to bring to places. I am really excited to try the other flavors they offer. They are a little pricey but worth it! If you have SNAP, they do qualify.

Taste great, natural products and it helped with my supply
These cookies really helped me. They provide clean products and helped me to produce milk especially giving me the motivation and what I needed to produce for my baby. This worked really well and it’s a good amount. I found as my son has gotten bigger he even enjoyed these cookies. I thought I wouldn’t make it past a few months and still nursing at 1 year so they were a great support!!

The Munchkin Milkmakers Lactation Cookies taste great and are easy to enjoy as a snack. They’re soft, satisfying, and made with ingredients that support breastfeeding moms. I noticed a positive difference while using them, and they’re a convenient way to support milk supply. I would definitely recommend them to other moms.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Taste Great!
Firstly, as a new mom I’m not sure how well these worked. I started pumping almost immediately when I had my baby, kept up hydration, drank the tea, and did my best with nutrition, adding in these as well and I saw a steady increase in my milk supply. So overall happy customer with having these, just not sure if it was strictly these or everything combined that helped. As far as the cookies themselves they tasted great! I loved them! Really surprised I liked them as much as I did. Harder type of cookie but I enjoyed them. You get a good amount in each package. No staleness, dryness, or anything like that. Crunchy harder cookie but delicious with cup of coffee in the morning. Overall I will have these with my next baby and definitely recommend!

Gets the job done
These got the job done for me within a day my supply increased by an ounce. I usually only pump an ounce in the mornings and my supply dwindles through the day, but these atleast kept my supply consistent. No side effects the cookies are dry but super yummy just have your water by you while eating them!

Give them a try
Giving five starts but be aware of how many carbs/calories are in these! 1 month post partum with my son. It took about 5 days for my milk to come in. On day 5, he still seemed hungry after feeding and for the next week we went through constantly being on me and showing hunger cues. I’m a pediatric nurse so knowing my kiddo was hungry and I wasn’t doing my job killed my post partum depression. I added oats, made sure I was eating when I had no appetite, drinking an ungodly amount of water, everything I could think of and was recommended. Then I caved and bought these. I normally wouldn’t have seeing how they’re loaded with carbs and calories for the little baggie but I didn’t have much of an appetite anyways and figured screw it. They’re a little dry - makes chugging a bottle of water easy. They taste decent (homemade is always better) but they aren’t horrible. For my milk? Be prepared. My little guy went from 7lbs 4oz at his first physical to currently one month and 11lbs. My milk has definitely come in. I don’t power pump or pump between feeds. I let him get what he needs and call it a day but recently, I’ve had to do a morning pump after he eats. Not sure how much of this is related to the cookies but I’m going to give them some credit due to timing. I’ve recently cut back, only eating them when I haven’t eaten much for the day. Worth the shot.

Taste Good! Didn’t Work for Me.
Ok, these cookies are gooood. Honestly, the last time I bought these was more because I was craving cookies than for the effectiveness. Plus, my husband can’t steal any since they’re “just for mommy”. However, the price of the cookies is cost prohibitive to continue my genius cookie hoarding scheme. Now as for the effectiveness- these didn't work for me. I’ve even eaten multiple bags in one day, for science, of course, but didn’t notice any difference. Honestly, it’s probably better that they don’t work for me, because I’d be eating a bag of cookies daily otherwise. And my pp hips don’t need any of that. As for the cookies themselves, they are good and crunchy. They’re small but thick, with a nice sturdy crunch when you bite-but they’re not too hard. Never had a stale one, which was nice. And they’re not sickeningly over sweetened. Like I said, I enjoyed eating them! However, I won’t buy again since they don’t work for me. If you buy them to try, have one for me. 🍪

Acabo de recibir mi paquete y la vdd es que al menos por sabor saben DELICIOSAS !!!! En cuanto a si funcionan o no, ya estaré contándoles. Igual el precio es elevado, ojalá que si logre pasar de mi onza diaria.

I’m not sure if these enriched my milk supply but they taste quite nice. I don’t have the time to make them myself and they’re a good snack while I’m breast feeding my little one. There’s a decent amount in each bag

⸻ These Milkmakers Lactation Cookie Bites are a tasty and convenient snack for boosting milk supply. The oatmeal chocolate chip flavor is delicious — not too sweet, with a nice chewy texture. They’re individually portioned, making them easy to grab on the go. I’ve noticed a positive difference in my supply since eating them, and they feel like a treat rather than a supplement. Perfect for busy breastfeeding moms who want something both effective and enjoyable. I highly recommend
