This is a great bottle. I've used it for both hot and cold beverages and it really works well. I bought hot coffee before an overnight flight so that I would have decent coffee on the plane for breakfast and it was as hot as when I purchased it 7-8 hours previously. Also, I've partly frozen water to take on hikes and it kept the water nice and cool. I love this bottle so much I bought a second one!

I use mine for coffee. It does keep the coffee hot for hours. The only downside is that if you have a light colored bottle and get any coffee on the outside, it very easily stains the finish and it can't be washed off. So if you plan on using the bottle for dark liquids like coffee or tea, I would recommend buying a black one.

The bottle is very easy to carry around however it doesn’t keep the water hot for more than 8 hours.

I don't think it keeps heat for the 12 hours it advertises. Maybe only good for 6 hours.
