too tight for cross-stitch

Took a while to arrive and when it did, it was just in a plastic envelope with no protection. It did arrive in one piece but it should at least have had some bubblewrap on it! The hoops are too tight to use on quality cross-stitch fabric; I struggled to get it on, and when I did, I was unable to make the fabric taut enough. The screw could do with being a bit longer. Will be fine for embroidering on cotton or on a thinner cross-stitch fabric but unfortunately not for the ones I have.

Excellent Customer Service

Very happy with the product, looks like it is well made and will last a long time. The hoop was sent out quickly, although unfortunately it got lost in the post. However, was very happy that a replacement was sent out quickly and without any fuss, would definitely buy from this company again, as I'm very impressed with customer service!
