Amazing little device! From the first time I opened the box and used it, I can feel my lungs are expanded and can breathe in deeper. I’m using the largest metal ball provided. I have been suffering with three week old, extremely bad flu that’s floored me and gone to my chest and keep losing my voice. (Excuse the description - green sticky phlegm). Straight away I’m bringing up more phlegm. By the second morning (4th usage) I can feel it’s expanding my lungs which I can feel noticeably and expelling the phlegm even quicker and I’m feeling better in myself physically. Separately to the flu, I have also been having unknown allergies for years causing severe sinusitis in my face which oddly and noticeably feels better also by day 2 (perhaps the vibrations?) Today I can actually touch my face without the excruciating pain. WIN - WIN! How did I not know about this device before! It’s very well built and sturdy and comes in a cute little box for storage so nothing gets lost. Worth every penny in my opinion. Thank you!

I have COPD and this lung exerciser does help, I haven't been using it long so I may update the review at a later date.

Wow! Fantastic little gadget. Used the largest ball at I knew I had a lot of phlegm to get rid of and it failed to disappoint. This gadget is a game changer. Great value for money. World definitely recommend x

doesnt work OR didnt work for me

This is written after a first use. I'll update this if anything changes. First impressions are that it's a well made, quality device, and seems as good as the much more expensive Oscillating Positive Expiratory Pressure (OPEP) devices available. The instruction manual is small but clear, and it comes with a useful storage container. I had to read the manual carefully several times and to make notes to understand the different stages involved in using the device - I printed the relevant page from the manual, and highlighted and underlined the salient points. I used the largest steel ball, and tried it out. It took a couple of minutes to get used to the process, but soon I had the ball vibrating and rolling merrily! At first, little mucus came out, but after a couple of minutes (apologies for the graphic description!), but I was expectorating heavily for the next ten minutes. A success! I'll update this review if there is anything extra to add, but if you have lung mucus problems, buy it. At the price, you have absolutely nothing to lose, and it may make a big difference to your life.

I bought this for my sister, and it will take time but so far so very good

I got this in the hope that it would help with my COPD. I must admit that I gave up after a few puffs as I was getting very breathless. Having said that, it did seem to help move the clag off my lungs. I must have another go & persavere with it as the benefits should be beneficial.

Assez étonnant à utiliser mais fonctionne bien. On sent bien les vibrations qui vont assainir les poumons des glaires présentes. A faire régulièrement si possible
