Perfect. They are balanced. No problem whatsoever.
After reading some of the reviews, I was skeptical about these collet nuts. But to my surprise, the first one I tried was absolutely perfect. I did a warmup run until 24000 rpm. No vibration at all. Didn't try the rest yet, but they seem to be very well balanced. Better than the collet nut that came with my CNC actually! Don't get fooled by the 'off center' hole, that's normal for all these nuts and the balancing actually evens this out.
