I chose this product because my hair is falling out and my nails won't grow. I know that it will take more than one bottle before I notice a difference, but so far I can tell you that the taste is ok, there is kind of a bitter aftertaste, but it goes away almost right away. The gummies are easy to chew and easy to swallow. I will add more here if I notice more.

Got these vitamins because they offered a good blend of ingredients for what i was looking for. The taste is pretty good, a strawberry flavor and easy to chew. Im on my 2nd bottle after my hair dresser recommended vitamins specifically for preventing hair loss and healthier hair. I noticed a difference within my 1st bottle. Not only does my hair feel thicker, healthier, and stronger, i don't see as much hair loss and shedding as i was. My skin feels nice and my nails are so strong!!! I'm so happy. Getting ready to order my 3rd bottle. Only wish they came in a bigger quantity.

This stuff really works. I used it for about a year. During that time my wimpy nails were super strong - no breaking or tearing. I decided I didn't need it anymore, and since then, I have had multiple nail breaks and tears. I'm back!

I can tell my hair is benefitting from this vitamin. The taste is little too sweet for me, but the benefit definitely outweighs the sweetness. I just bought a nother bottle and plan to purchase again.

I’ve taken these supplements for well over a year and like them. The taste, texture, and color aren’t the most impressive or best on the market, but it’s far from the worst as well. I take them with another gummy supplement and the combo of the two together, is not bad at all. These gummies stick and clump together in the bottle, all year round, regardless of weatherhouse temp. Digging or banging them out of the container gets annoying after awhile. Last month, we got notices that this item could not withstand the summer themps and therefore would not be sent to my (northeast) zip code until October. If my location is too hot, I’m assuming people in the south, southwest, and west will be in the same boat and will need to find alternative supplements for the next 5 months. Personally, I feel that October is too far to go without a hair, nail, and skin vitamin. On top of the summer shipping freeze, I was also frustrated that customers weren’t given more advance notice or any options or input, so last week I decided to switch vitamins. I switched to Vitafusion Gorgeous Hair Skin and Nails. Best decision ever!! ! The new ones have a delightful gummy texture, fantastic flavor, and look so much better. I wouldn’t have switched brands on my own if it wasn’t for the summer shipping freeze, but now I’m thrilled about it. I have no intention of switching back in October. I’ve already removed these from my subscribe and save and added the new ones.

My wife has been taking this vitamin for about four months now and she was comment just today how much her hair has grown and her nails as well! AWESOME product we highly recommend it!
