I can't say enough about these frying pans; they don't stick anything, even with low oil. I usually only use spray, and it has been difficult for me to find a perfect frying pan. This one is super easy to clean, cooks evenly, and the quality is great. It's a little heavy, but it's perfect for the purpose I bought it

My first impression of these pans is excellent. They are a fairly heavy cast iron material with a nonstick coating. They aren't quite as heavy as a Lodge or a standard cast iron, which makes them easier to lift and to use on a day-to-day basis, but they are very substantial. They work great on induction cooktops - heating up quickly and retaining heat due to their thickness. The 8" pan is perfect for frying eggs. The edges have a low angle which makes flipping the eggs really easy too and they don't stick at all with the nonstick coating (see the video). The wooden handles are one of my favorite features now. I wasn't sure at first, but they are comfortable in the hand, very sturdy, don't heat up, and look really unique and classy (in my opinion). The only thing I don't know at this point is how long the coating will last. I don't really like nonstick coatings for that reason, but other people said that it holds up well, so I will have to see how they work for us with pretty much daily use.

Love these pans. Cleans well, cooks well. Cant beat these pans. Best pans i have ever bought period! They are heavy and heat spreads evenly. I replaced all my pans with these. And also for my RV.

Best cookware I ever owned, althought it is a bit heavy. Truly non-stick, cleans with just a wipe of a paper towel, & cooks evenly. They are a bit heavy, but then I am 80 years old and they are cast iron. :)

This is our 2nd one. After a lot of use the non-stick wore off, we blame the kids. We liked this so much we got it again. Best of both worlds, heavy cast iron with non stick coating. When we wear this one out we will buy a 3rd.

I have waited to see if this pan holds up. Now, six months later, I can say that it is the best non-stick pan I have used. We'll see if it can hold that title after a year of two. My other non-stick pans are Calphalon One pans, which are excellent as well. But this one has the benefits of cast iron with non-stick. I only have the small pan, which is primarily my egg pan. They are on the heavy side as one would expect. Perfect omelet size pan. Great for crisping tortillas or making smaller quesadillas. (Have to use a larger pan for full sized). I did season the pan even though it is non-stick. In fact, I season all of my non-stick pans. You should as well. In this case, the directions actually say to do that. I also wait until it cools to clean with a soft, soapy cloth and I only use plastic, silicone, or wood utensils. Standard non-stick care. Nothing out of the ordinary. This thing still looks brand new. I am impressed.

I really like the looks of the wok and even though it's a little heavy, it's manageable. The one thing is that the the handle is long & with the helper handle it's difficult to store. It would be very inconvenient to keep taking the handle on & off. It cooks beautifully and heats up well. I like it so far. The true test will be to see how long the nonstick feature will last. Follow the directions for first time use and don't over heat...keep it around medium temperature and let it cool before gently washing.

This pan has to be the best one that I ever tried and it is super easy to use as I cook everything with this pan. The best part is when the title says non stick, they mean non stick which is great. The pan is perfect with the exception of no lid but that wasn't a problem due to ordering a lid that actually fitted on pan.

Well made cast iron pan. I use it on a gas stove and it heats up evenly and retains the heat for a long time. The dimpled surface is an interesting design and does a good job holding the oil, which in turn prevents food from sticking. I do find that the handle is a bit too long, but other than that, it's a great product and am very happy with my purchase.

This cast iron is amazing, not heavy and non stick, I love it. I bought 8 inch, too small to cook steak, have to buy a larger one.

8 inch is basically the size to fry up a couple of eggs for one person. I thought it was the medium size when I ordered, however the quality was so good I didnt have the heart to return it. I ended up keeping this size and ordering a larger size as well. Love the huge rustic looking handle too.

Non stick as it advertises. Easy to clean, good price
