Wrist wrap provides comfort
Wrist ice pack is nice and works as expected. It is a bit thick but does help relieve pain.

Relief
Worked great for relief for my carpal tunnel syndrome. I wore it at night for the swelling, it worked great!

Not as good as it looks.
Okay, so the functionality of the product works great, meaning the fit, staps, and how it's adjustable. But, if you actually freeze the icepack, it becomes Mishaped and uncomfortable to actually use. And it's too cold unless you leave it out for awhile first. Also I wish it had more support for the fingers, I don't want to move my fingers when they are hurt. Personally I wish I saved my money and just continued to use the icepack I had already.
