Perwoll: Wonderful detergent for those with sensitive skin
I love the Perwoll wash detergent. A German brand. Although I took German in college 50 years ago, I can’t really decipher the instructions. But they are pretty basic. It was designed for washing wool. I don’t wear wool. But I developed sensitivity, itchiness to detergents a couple of years ago. I was so happy to find Perwoll here on Amazon. I use it for all my nightgowns, blouses, underwear. I just use a tiny amount in cold water. I do small loads. I also use a tiny amount of a liquid hypoallergenic fabric softener. Clothes come out fresh, no detergent residue. NEVER use dryer sheets. I highly recommend it. And in anticipation of the upcoming tariffs, I should probably reorder it now and put it on Subscribe and Save.

Great product
Love using this liquid for my very fine washables including some very expensive tops. Perwoll cleans well and leaves a lovely scent behind. I'm switching!!

Good for delicates, light scent
I typically use Eucalan for my delicates, but the price for a very small bottle was a bit too much to sustain. This is a good alternative, has a nice light scent and seems to be gentle on my clothing. I like it better than Woolite. Labels are totally printed in German.

Works wonderfully
I use this to wash my sweaters with my washer's hand wash cycle. The sweaters come out with a weird stiff texture which made me nervous at first. But I stretched the sweaters a bit and then laid them flat to dry on a mesh frame made for this purpose. Once dry, the sweaters are soft and super clean and haven't shrunk at all. Love the product.

Very good. Perfect for silk
The value for the money is very good. I bought it specifically for my silk pillowcases and it's great!! The scent is nice but not too strong.

Great Product for Years
I’ve been using this product ever since I lived for a period in Europe. It’s noticeably better than Woolite and was one of the first to be able to use in a front loader machine. It’s overpriced in the US but it’s worth it to me to get the quality I’ve come to expect.

Good wool wash
A little goes a long way, does not over suds, does not strip lanolin, easily rinses, and has mild scent. I cannot find detergent intended for use on wool anymore--something that is gentle but effective. Although the directions are in German, they are easy to figure out and the result was a nice and clean and soft blanket that was washed in my washing machine. I will be buying this again.

My favorite for all knit items
My favorite for all knit items. It is a little pricey, but I have been using Perwoll for decades on cotton, wool, and cashmere without noticing anything negative. I put each knit item in its own laundry mesh bag and wash it in cold water on gentle/hand wash program. I also use it for suits and blazers with excellent results. Skip the drycleaner!

I bought this bottle of Perwoll for $30+ dollars. It had such a terrible perfumed odor that made me nauseous...I applied to return the item and found that the shipping cost was on me....$23.85 Canada Post. That means a refund of only $7+ dollars coming back as a credit. There was NO warning about a scented or perfumed ingredient on the label. I would not have purchased this item as I am allergic to such chemicals. I strongly feel that I have been cheated by Amazon and the Company producing this product. Shipping should have been covered for return, esp. since I am a "Prime" member and was deceived by lack of info on label.

Misleading - ordered a 1.5L and received a product with a sticker that said 1.35 L on the bottle. The inside was 60% full. This was not a new product.

Le produit annoncé et une bouteille de 1.5L mais c’est en fait une bouteille de 1.35L. L’annonce est mensongère. Décevant!
