These were recommended to me by my cousin who is a nurse practitioner and aesthetician who does lip injections. She said this would help with the bruising and it had an extra added benefit as I recently had knee surgery and this helps with joint pain bruising inflammation so this was a two and one bonus for me. The tablets are very small. They are sublingual and do not have any taste whatsoever effective for the bruising and I noticed a difference in my joint pain.

If you have headaches, joint pain, swelling, or any discomfort where you would normally taken acetaminophen or ibuprofen, take this instead. It is absolutely the best pain killer I’ve ever taken. And because it has no side effects or ill effects, it’s a godsend. Homeopathic agents are not as powerful as the pharmaceutical stuff. But this works as well as any synthetic pain killer I’ve ever taken. I dont often take NSAIDs, so this was particularly effective on me. But my wife and mom took it for various things and it’s effective. Also, as an aside, naturalist doctors and doctors in rural remote areas have been giving arnica since the 1920s. I had a pretty fair bruise on my thigh due to a miscalculation of time and space on my dirt bike. The arnica Montana worked well. It's mild as I didn't notice it was working until I missed 2 doses. The only thing I don't like is the sublingual method of taking it. Taste is pleasant.
