I gave this supplement 5 stars bc of the quality and price. I can't say that I feel any difference, I think it will take several months, at least 8 months to see if this helps with diabetic neuropathy. Right now nothing seems to help but R-ALA is a recommended supplement along with many others including all the B Vitamins, especially B12.

Works well

Took this along with Benfotiamine to help with peripheral neuropathy, and it did seem to help.

This product meets the requirements I sought: it is the NaRALA version of ALA that is touted as being the best absorbability; it does not contain stearates; the 2 capsule serving is 600 mg, the amount my neurologist recommended to me; it is Made in the USA; and it is 3rd party tested. Does it work? I can’t answer that in a way that helps others. I’ve taken it for almost 4 months but also take other supplements. My blood work is substantially improved. I still have foot neuropathy at the end of the day, but do well most of the day. I am not interested in prescription medications so I will continue this brand of NaRALA as long as I continue to get good results from my supplements program. The capsules are large but as long as I concentrate I can swallow them. There is no taste sensation and I have no issues with stomach or digestion as can happen with some supplements.

Great supplement, great quality. Have been taking ALA for quite some time now and just recently switched to using this brand which I highly recommend.

As with any supplement, it is difficult to determine the benefits in a short period of time. So far, it appears to be doing what was expected. Time will tell. It does seem to be a bit over-priced, as with similar supplements.

I think it's good. The quality of ingredients is why I buy it.

The item arrived safely. I have yet to see any difference in how I feel overall but I have been using it for only a short time. The sodium contained in this product is more soluble than the sodium we use for seasoning and preserving; therefore it actually has a reverse effect (lowering as opposed to raising) the blood pressure (according to advertisements). I will see how this goes over time and check in regularly with my cardiologist. Hopefully I can change this review later.
