Great marine speakers for Boom Box builds...
Great speakers for Boom Box builds, have lots of low end grunt/bass, clear mids. These are great quality heavy speakers. Would use them more in Boom Box builds if it weren't for the price

Excellent speakers for my boat!
Excellent Speakers! I have a marine Pyle 400 watt amplifier (4x100). I'm not sure of the RMS but I'm sure it's not too high seeing this is a very inexpensive amplifier and not documented. Nevertheless these speaker are just what I wanted for my 20 foot boat. I got a .flac file and put my head unit to 75% volume while gain was set to 0 on the amp. I just eased the gain up until it started to break up and then backed the gain off a tad after that; easy peasy! You can't go wrong with these speakers, very heavy magnet, they produce good highs and lows for a 2-way speaker Oh and always use 16 gauge shielded wire to your speakers with clean secure connections

Best speakers for the price.
Awesome sound. Clearwith lots of base. Metal grill looks great. After using kicker for years and having to replace every year. I went with Skar and what a difference. Love them. Better than Kicker in every way.

6.5 skar audio full range speakers
Had DB drive Moto’s with a DB drive class D mono 500 watt amp for about 2 years and replaced them with these speakers but keep the DB drive amp and I’m here to say these speakers are 10 times better that the DB drives in my rzr they sound amazing

Needed to replace the speakers on my boat I always use name bran and figured I’d give these a try after reading some reviews listed by others and I must say I’m very impressed with the quality and the sound. Highly recommend.

I installed the speakers on my side by side polaris ranger 2022 i had to cut out some plastic but it worked out ok.For the price they sound great also the base on those speakers are excellent i was impressed.

These are super loud. Installed 4 in the boat and I’m more than happy. Use to use an JBL party box 310 that’s rated at 250rms and these are at least 2x louder. Decent bass as well. Amp tuning is important with them. Any speaker will pop if your gains are too high. Took me about half an hour to get them just right. They are 125 rms each, some people here think they are 250 rms each but if you read the description it says 250 rms (pair). Pretty obvious.. great value!
