I had an early generation of this, I think it was an as on TV item bought many years ago. It got to the point where it would no longer stick reliably. I also have a couple of the 16” version of this which work well. This one is the same color as those. I have it near the shower door to grab if I feel like I need some extra support gettin and out of the shower without falling. It works well. It’s possible that one day I’ll have permanent grab bars installed to help me age in place. For now, though, this and its bigger siblings work well. Good purchase, good, useful product.

Perfect for placing in various spots in shower. Properly cleaned shower tiles first and easily installed the bars in ten minutes. They have been on for two months without getting the slightest bit loose. It's almost like they're screwed in put they are easy to change location if I choose without any marks of damage to show walls. Highly recommend

The bar was attached vertically in a shower on 12" x 12" porcelain tile. I secured both pads per the instructions the first time and adhesion to the wall is excellent. I did not test it by trying to pull on it with a great force but it provides a very secure feeling when used to access the shower for an individual dealing with a recent knee replacement surgery and having to step over a 3" edge. A great device for a very reasonable price per pair.

Product is a very poor design. Great on paper, but works like crap in the real world. I do have some intelligence and it’s not rock science, but I could not get it to stick. I pushed the heck out of the lever like directions said. When I released it, before setting plunger,( and after a couple of times.) it just fell off. I could see, for some stupid reason, I was not getting a full seal? I tried many times, and just gave up. How could I trust it to support my wife after her knee surgery. Very poor.

The product arrived quickly and was easy to install as advertised. It stuck to my shower stall wall easily and is very sturdy.

I got these for my dad to use when he visited. I did not want something permanent but I also wanted something strong as my dad is a bit heavy and relies on bars like this a lot. They were on for the few weeks he was here and never slipped once. They felt secure so that he would not fall when grabbing on to them. They are not easy to remove though, you need something very thin to help break the seal and then you can pry them off. They left no residue or anything on the wall.

Bought these for my senior parents shower so they can get in and out safely. They work great. Once in a while I'll readjust them just in case they might come loose. Easy install. Very sturdy. Great suction. Worth buying.

If you’re not familiar with these grab bars, the distinguishing difference is that the suction cups are sticky. That means that they hold much better than the ones that rely solely on suction to “stick” to a tub or shower wall. Every other brand I’ve tried comes loose and has to be reattached on a regular basis… these stick seemingly forever. A note on customer service: I’ve had a pair of these I a shower for a couple years and ordered another pair of these grab bars. Amazon shipped me a returned item that had one of the grab bars that had been used (so the “sticky” had been contaminated) and not repackaged properly (they ship with a protective disks over the sticky suction cups). This is an Amazon caused problem… TAILINK doesn’t work in the Amazon distribution centers where these items ship from. I emailed TAILINK and they answered in one business day and quickly resolved the issue by sending me a replacement grab bar, which saved me the hassle of doing an Amazon return and recording the same product again. Exceptional customer service!
