Great fun to do Not an easy one

Beautiful 2000 piece jigsaw, daughter as just started to do it

I was impressed that this comes with an extra separate copy of the picture, allowing two of us to work on it without fighting over the box lid. Turns out this “extra” is essential, because it’s the only complete image you have ! Bizarrely there’s a wide strip of the image around the edge missing on the box lid - some of it’s sort of wrapped over the edge, the rest is just not there. Without the “bonus poster”, the edge would be a bit of a blind challenge! Other than that, OK. The image is nice - VERY finely detailed. Piece quality is perhaps a notch down on gold-standard Ravensburger, but perfectly acceptable. This uses variable shape non fully interlocking pieces, which I don’t mind ( it’s a problem if the image has large flat- colour areas, as it defeats sorting by shape,, but not a problem here)

Great puzzle but unfortunately the top and bottom limes are off and there was a missing piece. Not the quality you would expect when paying £50 for a puzzle. This is being returned.

I am a massive puzzle fan and have done hundreds over the years, this by far is the most frustrating and disappointing puzzle. The way the shapes are cut make them impossible to stay together and the pieces constantly fall apart at the slightest touch. (Drives me mad) Iv been working on this for months instead of days cause I'm losing the will and for the price been disappointed. A puzzle normally makes me DE-stress not get stressed.

Unfortunately the puzzle had a tear in the outer packaging. All pieces are additionally wrapped in a plastic bag, so I am hopeful that none are missing. However it's still a shame.

After spending quite a considerable amount of time on this puzzle I was very disappointed to discover that when we had finally finished this there was a piece missing. Any pieces that may have fallen on the floor were always immediately picked up. In what was a great puzzle to complete its very annoying to find a piece missing.I was promised a new puzzle on the 2nd of July. Still waiting. Not happy

Box was ripped and damaged and could see where it had previously been opened, not new as described.
