This light is rechargeable, and the base has strong magnets secure on a metal. Two pattern lights; the strobe one is more visible. Ideal when you have to stop in the middle of the road for any incident or even just to be noticed. I even use it outside my house when my kids are playing; that way, drivers can drive carefully.

This is my second beacon for plowing snow. Can be seen from a good distance and the charge lasts a long time. Well worth the money.

I've been using this every day for my delivery job in the early morning hours. So far it's worked perfectly, and it stays attached to the roof securely. I don't drive faster than about 35 with this on the roof, but it seems like it would stay on at higher speeds. I like the on-off switch and how it lights up to show that it is on. The only reason I don't give this 5 stars is due to the coiled cord being too short for practical use. Are there even any vehicles that have a power outlet on the ceiling? The only reason I didn't find this annoying is because I had a DC extension cord laying around that I could use, otherwise I would have had to buy one.

Wish I saw how long the cord was before I ordered for 3 more dollars I could get a 10 or 16 foot power cord and this one stretches to 4 foot if you're lucky. However with an extension it works perfectly and does it's job for cheap.

I like this strobe light - it's the right size, bright, and the magnet mount works great on my car. The bad news is that it's hard to charge - the cord is too small to extend to the roof. The batteries should be removable, but instead, they are hardwired in. I bought two. One never worked. Poor QA. There are two ports - one for charging (12 v) and the other is a mini-USB for devices, not charging. The lens screws off, because they make multiple colored lenses. You may want to buy a separate 12 charger. (I didn't ask for a replacement unit, instead, I salvaged the two batteries and I was able to use them for other devices).

Cumple perfectamente con su función, y la luz led tiene una intensidad aceptable. Cuenta solamente con 2 modos, luz fija y destellos. Me gustó que se fija bien con los imanes Lo que no me gustó tanto es que el cable de carga solamente es de cenicero. En general la recomiendo.
