I’ve been cupping for a long time, love the benefits…but upon receiving and opening this set, I could tell right away it’s not the best quality. They are very light and thin. Because I like my cupping suction intense with more than a few pumps, these cups would crack and break. But it should suffice for people who only need 1 to 2 pumps or for beginners starting out.

The cupping said that I received will not hold suction. I am a therapist and I work with cutting sets often and this one did not work from the beginning. I was unable to return within 30 days and now I am stuck with them. Search elsewhere if you want a good quality set
