Totally cheating. Even though warranty period is one year no repair/replacement within the said period. Soon after purchase and installation, there was no supply of electricity to indoor unit. The agency advised to replace the adaptor and cable at your own cost. Just after six month the system stopped working and when complained, initially the agency replied to replace and then after advised not in warranty period. I think totally fraud and the system stops working within 5 to 6 months. Amazon should exclude the agency from seller group to protect the prime members and other valued customers from cheating. As there was no star below one or negative star I gave one star. But I think the agency is not to give even one star.

Installation was simple and doesn’t require any wiring between the tank and the display unit, which is a big plus. The water level indication is accurate and updates in real time. The display is clear and easy to understand, even for elders at home. It helps avoid water overflow and dry running of the motor, saving both water and electricity. Build quality looks good and wireless connectivity is stable. Overall, a very useful product for any home with a water tank. Definitely worth the price and highly recommended 👍

It stopped working within 8 months. I called customer care which was a huge TAT from them. Then the service guy called me 3 days later to understand the issue. He WhatsApp messaged me explaining how to repair as he said I will have to do it myself. Let me tell you the repair was no less than a professional electrician’s job. As I know a bit of electric work, I somehow managed to repair it but then again it stopped working in next 20 days. Conclusion: • Good range and does what it says • Poor performance as the manual says it works continuously for 3 years • Very bad customer service experience • Overall a bad investment

Guyz this transmitter unit's build quality is good but the receiver's build quality is cheapest. The pairing between the two units is absolutely rubbish. I ordered this product three days ago and initially I had to run from my ground floor to the roof and back again and back to the roof just to try pair them up when it took way more than 10 minutes and even more to pair these devices. the device worked in erratic fashion for just 2 days and today onwards it is simply displaying a white light on the receiver unit. The white light indicates that there is a sensor error on the receiver. I have charged the receiver fully once the battery went down but no help. I have also posted a video review also where you can yourself see that the two units are not even pairing while kept together. My expectation from this product was very high but it turned out to be just a cheap device. I have ordered the replacement as there are no choices to return even a defective unit. I am having very low hopes that the replacement unit will work. If not, I will try to approach the consumer forum. please don't buy.
