I’m very happy with this product. The quality is excellent and it works exactly as described. You can really tell a lot of care went into making it. It arrived in perfect condition and was easy to use from the first time. I would definitely recommend it and would buy it again without hesitation.

I gave it four stars because, again, I cannot speak to its contribution to muscle and strength building. - Cost is in the ball park of similar products. - Taste is really good. I've used protein products before and the taste became a no go. The vanilla is good. - Bends fairly well. Some clumping during mixing that can be smooth out with a little effort. - Bloating - When I first used this, I mixed one scoop in almond milk and it felt like a gut bomb in my stomach. The feeling of extreme fullness and bloating. Initially, I generally split the serving in half and took it twice. Now, I am now blending full scoops as it seems my body has gotten used to the product. In researching the topic, I learned that people (specifically seniors) should consume up to 100 grams of protein per day to maintain/build muscle as well as to keep bones healthy so it makes sense to supplement one's protein intake even if you are not resistance training.
