Q: It says 30 starts does that mean it's useless after 30 starts?

30 starts is on the high side. Needs recharging, say, after some 20 starts, but that should be enough to serve the purpose.

Q: Is this Start/stop compatible

Don’t get the question, I do know this jumpstarter works because a few days after receiving it my battery went flat, I attached the jumpstarter as advice and all the light, came on and I started my car. I give full credit to flylinktech who solved a problem I had of the order from Amazon, in one day.
