Perfect power supply, very reliable. Clean output
Have this in a very overclocked 14900k build with dual 4090 gpu, water cooling and 9 fans and can take it all. DC Power looks very stable coming out of it on my fluke tester. Lots and lots of connectors and flavors of plug. Dual 12vHPWR would be nice though thats not a normal build. It is expensive though worth the money.

Seasonic takes care of you!
Excellent! Well worth the investment if you can afford it. The most important component of a pc. Everything else in your system relies on it, so why not protect them the best you can. The warranty is VERY long, so it could be used on multiple pc builds before you need to upgrade (as long they don't keep changing the GPU power cables. Figure it out NVIDIA!). Seasonic really takes care of you with this PSU. The TX-1300 comes with all the current cables that you will need (including a 12v 2x6). And it comes with a nice PSU tester! I HIGHLY suggest using the tester first, before you get into hooking up any cables to the motherboard. You can even test the PSU without a motherboard. It could save yourself alot time trouble shooting. One GREAT bonus feature of the tester is that it is also a 90 degree adapter for the 24 pin cable. You can leave the tester on and use it permanently (I emailed Seasonic support to confirm). Helps with esthetics and better air flow. Another feature is that it has auto fan mode if you want it quiet. I have not heard it once yet while gaming, so I leave it in standard mode. -VERY SMALL cons: It comes with clear wire combs that I found to difficult to get on to the individual wires. They were very tight, so the wires are difficult to put in. I had to had to stretch them with my teeth (I am not proud about this or recommend). I am still deciding if I like the clear plastic of the combs also. I think I prefer black or white better. The TX-1300 is long. Make sure you have room in the case. I have the FLUX PRO, which has an option of installing a PSU sideways for better cable access. I was not able to use this feature of the case, due to the PSU length. No big deal. All and all, this is a excellent PSU. If you want high quality 1300 watts, this is the one to get! No doubt!

Dead silent and ridiculously overengineered
Only superlatives comes to the mind with this massive power supply. From the box, all the cables, the casing, accessories, everything screams 'high quality'. Very heavy, the PCB connectors are extremely well made, all the cables are top notch quality and seats with a pleasant click noise. Talking about noise, once you turn on your computer, you quickly realize how dead silent its this power supply. While running 3dmark fire strike extreme with my RTX4090 drawing 500 watts (plus an i9 13900k, 64gb DDR5 and a ton of RGB) the power supply doesn't even sweat. The plan its to add a second 4090 to practice with AI, that's why I decided to shell $600 on the best power supply available to have plenty of juice for both GPUs. Be aware this power supply is big, so you will need a big space inside your case. . In short, this thing is amazing, super high quality cables, ultra silent and absolute performance. If you have the $600, pull the trigger, you wont be disappointed.

Everything Needed For An Ultimate Installation
Upon opening the box, first thing that comes to mind is, “This is the walrus.” This PSU is well made and actually comes with enough ports and cables for an over the horizon install. The Seasonic web site is also well supported for those who have the slightest question about what they’re doing.

Premium PSU
Easy to install, extremely handsome and sleek appearance, 1600W is legit, 5090 runs no problem. The power supply fit is massive however, if you’re not building in a case with lots of space, please check compatibility before purchasing. Comes with standard cables, as well as a complimentary motherboard extender for cable management. Also comes with a bunch of zip ties and other fun stuff. There is 0 coil whine, and it is extremely quiet, I hear my case fans over the psu which is amazing because I upgraded from an MSI psu which had crazy annoying coil whine. The only downside to this psu is the size, as well as the cable appearance, the cables are a little bit on the messier side out of the box and need organizing for it to look good. Nothing is wrong with the cables, and they are mega easy to install, so if you don’t care about the look then plugging everything in off the bat is fine as well. However if you’re buying this premium of a psu, you probably already have a nice case prepared as well as an eye for aesthetics. In comparison to even higher end psus such as ASUS Thor and Loki, it lacks a screen. But honestly the screen isn’t really worth the extra $200, as in my case the psu is covered fully anyway so it doesn’t really matter. Use this psu for clean builds that require heavy lifting. 10/10 love Seasonic

Great product, horrible business practices from Amazon
The power supply itself is an excellent offering from Seasonic with great ripple suppression and top notch management of transient spikes, but unfortunately I had to buy from another retailer as Amazon shipped me a PSU that was clearly in a used condition, missing the power cord. Might have been a prior return. Amazon customer support was, predictably, all outsourced from third world countries. I'll think twice about buying from Amazon again until they start hiring Americans.

Bought it to replace an old Seasonic X Series XM2 1250w PSU that I bought in 2016, it started making weird noises from the fan and I thought it's time to buy an ATX 3 PSU and be future proof. This PSU is awesome and so silent, loaded it up to 1000w and the fan didn't even spin! The cables are easy to route and all of them are flat and sleeved. The title of this amazon listing is a bit misleading as it has 1300w in the title but you will receive the correct 1600w ATX 3.0 version. The title mentions 1300w because in some power outlets it will give you a max of 1300w (100-240vac (1300w) vs 115-240vac (1600w)) I wanted to get an ATX 3.1/PCIe 5.1 PSU but I read the differences are so trivial and only in the 12VHPWR plug (now called 12V-2x6 in the ATX 3.1 spec), what matters is that your GPU be ATX 3.1 with H++ marking on the power plug. The PSU plug doesn't matter whether it's 3.0 or 3.1 because it won't be moving and the cable will be fixed in place all the time. You also have to know that the 12VHPWR cable remains the exact same regardless ATX 3.1 or 3.0. Also worth noting that he ATX 3.1 spec allows for a lower hold up time so it's worse in that regard.

I was experiencing crashing issues with my high-end gaming rig using a 1500-watt PSU. I decided to buy this PSU for its micro tolerance load regulation, which resolved all the problems I was facing. The 1300-watt capacity provides plenty of headroom for future upgrades, and both the PSU and cables are of excellent quality. Although I didn’t want to spend this much on a PSU initially, in hindsight, I wouldn’t hesitate to invest in a premium PSU again.
