In October 2021, I purchased a blue Fabuday memory foam travel pillow. After four years of use, the memory foam insert split in the middle. On April 17, 2025, I purchased a black memory foam pillow to replace the blue one due to its quality for wear and tear. On April 19, 2025, I contacted Fabuday for a replacement insert for the blue pillow. Fabuday sent me a new blue memory foam pillow since inserts are not sold separately.I now have two new pillows and one with split foam for daily, nightly, and travel use. Thank you Fabuday for excellent customer service and a product that I can trust to use in my daily, nightly and travel usage.

I have used it a couple of times at home. It is a little tight on me but does seem to provide some neck support

Too hard for my liking... not comfortable on my neck or head. To be fair, this is the first time I bought one of these, so I'm not sure if they're all the same but it's very big, hard and tight, It gave me a claustrophobia feeling... I just didn't like it.**Edit** I changed my rating to 5 stars due to their customer service support.Once they read my review they reached out to me directly, apologized for any inconvenience and gave me a refund asap.In all the years I've used Amazon and all the products I've returned, this is the first company to ever do that. I am extremely impressed with the way they handled my situation.As I stated in my first review, this is the first travel pillow I have ever tried, so it might be a great pillow, but I would not know because I have nothing to compare it to. After all they did get many good reviews. That is the main reason I went with them to begin with.I also want to say I did not use it as a travel pillow, I used it as a pillow mostly for a neck gap because I am sleeping on a recliner at the moment due to a medical issue.So again, my review might be totally off and it could possibly be the best travel pillow out there! 😊

I was in search for a well stuffed neck pillow to support my neck, I have cervical issues. This pillow gives great support with just enough cushion and I’m very happy with it. If you’re looking for a soft, squishy pillow, this isn’t it. This pillow is perfect for someone with neck issues.

Material of the cover is velvety soft, however, the pillow itself is extremely hard. I don’t know what kind of memory foam is that hard. Very uncomfortable on the airplane even with the seat reclined. Only thing is that it keeps the head upright. It acts more like a neck brace if anything.Update— they were kind enough to offer a full refund. Customer service was good.

I ordered the dark grey memory foam travel pillow. It arrived today. Regrettably, one side of the pillow is flat and defective. I sent an email to the seller to request a replacement pillow ASAP. A picture of the pillow is attached to the email.

This has been a great little pillow. I had to have surgery and could only sleep on my back for 2 months. Used this pillow every single night. Very comfortable. I'm still using it nightly. The only downside I have is that the zipper split at about the 2.5 month mark. But again, I used the pillow every night, so if this is being used as an occasional travel pillow I doubt there will be any durability issues.
