Disney's Cinderella [Blu-ray] [1950] [Region Free]

I bought the Cinderelle Diamond Edition Blu-ray for our 2 year old Grand Daughter - and it entranced the whole family across three generations ! The production is exquisite - it is Disney at it's finest and brought back memories my own delight as a small child on seeing it for the first time. Age has not dimmed the appeal of the story and the characters - they are as fresh and delightful today as they ever were - and the fabulous work that has been done to restore this enchanting film to the current dazzling condition can only be marvelled at. We practically had it on 'loop play' she loved it so much and we gave her the copy to take home with her to the US (so I promptly bought myself another!). Buy it ! you will not be disappointed.

Good quality and v quick

The original version is always the best.

Cinderella is arguably one of Disney's most iconic films and it is easy to see why. This is a classic tale loved by children and adults alike; the animation is fantastic, the songs are memorable (A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes, Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo) and there's a superb selection of characters including the hideous step-sisters, evil stepmother and loveable, singing mice. This is a magical story where the Fairy Godmother appears, Prince Charming awaits and all you need is a glass slipper. It's great to see it on Diamond Edition Blu-ray [with slipcover] at last - the colours are crisp and the animation is simply beautiful. There's also an abundance of interesting special features including an introduction by Diane Disney Miller, Backstage Disney, Unused Songs, Deleted Scenes as well as the classic dvd bonus features. There is also a cute Tangled short entitled Tangled Ever After. Unfortunately, while I rate this film very highly, this product loses a star due to misrepresentation of the item by Amazon during the pre-order period. This item was originally sold as a Double Play [Blu-ray + DVD] pack so I was disappointed to find that it was just a single Blu-ray disc instead with no DVD included. It is a real shame that Disney are no longer producing Double Play packs so if you want a DVD copy it will mean an additional purchase.

One of the best animation films of all time - it is very hard to choose the choosen one. Fresh as new, never tired of it. Sit back and enjoy it in superb hd picture quality. Do not miss it!!!

The blue-ray DVD is even better that the quality of the standard DVD, this helps to create a magical world for anyone watching it.This story will always be timeless. I would recommend it for children and adults who want to be children again...

Another of Disneys favourites... a story of loss of a youg girls mother, father remarry, then dies not long after and girls is forced to wait on stepmother and her daughters..... mischievous talking animals, funny antics, vallans, hopes and dreams, enchantments and songs to sing along to. Good family entertainment.

Raising the kids on the Disney classics. Our daughter was absolutely delighted by it. All the Blu Ray menus are in Italian which was a little puzzling at first screening (“is the movie going to be in Italian??”) but we were able to navigate with no trouble and play the original English version. Colors are bright and perfect as to be expected with any Disney movie on Blu Ray.

Classic movie. Wished it could have been a more clear picture on screen. Though it is Blu-ray, which is great, the picture is a bit fuzzy.

Cinderella is a gift for my 3 year old great granddaughter’s Birthday. She loves it. But loved Snow White even more because of the Dwarfs.

Great movie my kids loved it as much as I did growing up!! Just now you have more features in a bluray.

Happy to get the original movie vice a copy.
