Was sent overseas but now has problem
Purchased as a gift for a friend in the Philippines, it worked great for a week or so but now it won’t accept the password. There was no documentation included with the tablet to assist in troubleshooting.

Defective tablet only a little over 3 months since bought
Bought for my wife on August 17th little over 3 months later it won't charge and screen glitches won't let her open apps or back out if she does manage to get one open and they wont replace or let us contact support says that window has closed that is complete crap should at least replace defective product paid enough money for it!!

using the product right now.
I had to purchase a USB-C adapter to use the mouse I was previously using. There was no instruction booklet. The product is very good. Enjoying the CP20_Gold.

This tablet DOES NOT have a memory expansion slot
The description on Amazon is wrong. The tablet does not have a slot to add 1 Terabyte of memory, not even one byte. Otherwise, it's nice. It has a built-in user manual PDF that also describes an expansion slot to add memory, BUT IT DOES NOT HAVE ONE.

Battery dies fast constantly have to plug
Like the size but I can use for ten minutes close all apps and put to side and when I go to use it 8 hours later it is dead and has be charged in order to use. Not acceptable

Compré un equipo de estos y a los 3 meses de uso comenzó a fallar el touch, no viene con ningún contacto ni manera de hacer válida la garantía del producto.... Muy mal producto no lo compren

Lo único cuestionable, es la nitidez de la imagen en comparación con el pixelado de un teléfono de rango medio, pero por el precio, es más que adecuado.
