What can I say? They're a good general-use pair of 1-2-3 blocks. Thanks to a careful scientific test (accidentally dropping one on a concrete floor right on its corner), I can confirm that they are indeed hardened, and suffered virtually no damage. The included hardware is definitely handy, though a bit fiddly to get stuff lined up sometimes. Overall, I would recommend them.

These blocks are a fantastic addition to my shop. I measured them with my digital calipers five times back to back. They always came in at exactly 1-inch, 2-inches and 3-inches without fail. They are very heavy for their size, as they are made of solid steel, and presumably are extremely durable. I have precisely zero criticism for the quality of these blocks. However, you really have to spend time assembling them in your preferred configuration, because they don't just sit together, perfectly square, when you use the bolts provided. Mine required several reversals, and complete disassemblies and reassemblies, before I could get them to "behave" like a true-square pair of blocks.That said, they are definitely worth the money. If I thought otherwise, I would have said so.

I have purchased these type blocks before, and they work well for what they are designed for. The published tolerances are fairly accurate, but I use them for welding jobs and I don't need machinist accuracy. They are great for the money.

One of the blocks is not dead-flat. A 123 block that isn't dead flat is not a great thing.

These 1-2-3-4 blocks seem to be well made and help make tool setups, squaring, and 90 degree glue ups a breeze. It came with bolts to group them together but they are a little challenging to use (the bolts are small and the inserts tend to spin).The blocks came wrapped in an oil soaked paper which I assume was to prevent rust from forming during shipping but it was an oily mess and required clean up before I could use them. It’s still embedded in all the little holes so I will working on that for a while. You don’t want get that stuff on your wood projects. Alcohol seems to cut through the oil and I sprayed it with an anti rust spray that is made for sharpening chisels and that’s working well so far. It also would have been nice to have a little box to store them in but that will make a nice weekend project down the road.
