I received 2 of these today and found the build quality to be very good. Parts fit together nicely despite very basic directions that could be illustrated better. Except for a minor vinyl fabric ripple on one of the two chairs and an very small blemish on the metal they really look like a higher priced product. The chrome is very polished and the seats are firm. The fabric appears strong and better than bonded leather, which peels after a while. Minimal lumbar support. I would expect to be able to sit at these chairs comfortably for an hour or two but would find them uncomfortable to sit at throughout an entire day. They really have a nice streamlined look and aren't bulky which is nice for small spaces. Happy with this purchase.
