This was the best value stainless steel ultrasonic cleaner I could find in this size, with a heating element and complete with a basket and small parts container. It's Chinese built, like all the others, but distributed by a British firm based in Manchester, which gave me more confidence than ordering direct from China. It's robustly built and looks very solid. I've used it now a dozen times or more, mainly for watch cases and jewellery, which the small size is perfect for. Using the appropriate ultrasonic cleaning fluid and temperature, the results are outstanding - as good as any hightstreet jeweler can perform and at a fraction of the cost. One watch in particular (pictured) was caked in years of dirt. After removing the watch movement, ten minutes in this had it absolutely gleaming. Having the heating element means I can leave the same solution in between cleans and simply warm it back up when needed. Cleaners without heating elements are cheaper but require you to add fresh, warm solution each time or to clean at room temperature, which limits their effectiveness. By using the heating element I've only had to change solution twice, which is a significant cost saving over time. Overall I'm extremely happy, as you can probably tell.

This was going for a great price so I took the opportunity. It is small but plenty enough for jewellery, 3 x pairs of glasses etc. The internal bath is about 20 x 18 x 8 cm. It does heat up but I find it just a lot quicker to put hot water in it. The timer is nice and clear and the unit itself seems solid. I've had good results with this but do check the dimensions, it may not be big enough for you.

I purchased this cleaner to clean some old watch cases and bracelets. Tested with water with a few drops of dish soap and it worked like a charm. The heating is alright and the machine looks to be of a good quality. We will see long term but I'm hoping it will last a few years. The basket and the mesh ball are also well made and very useful. Quite noisy but I won't complain about it. I'd rather have it noisy than less powerful. I think the size is perfect for cleaning watch parts as a hobbyist. Everything that I wish to clean fits and it doesn't take too much space.

Really nice quality metal construction ultrasonic cleaner at a very good price., The water heater works quickly and the machine is very easy to use. Highly recommended.

Bought as the intial one I purchased was far too small for anything bar jewellery, this one is better by far, but still small. I find the heater a bit of as gimmick, as I use the kettle to get warm water rather than wait ages to get up to temperature - it does do so, but takes some time. Performance is OK, perhaps I haven't cleaned anything particularly filthy.

I bought this machine together with the liquid cleaner they recommended. It works very well and my jewellery sparkles. Defintely recommend.
