Sealy Essentials Cool Touch Memory Foam Pillows, 2 Pack

Where has this pillow been hiding!? I bought three sets of pillows in 2024 and nothing can touch these. It was like a real life Goldilocks; some were too hard and some were too soft. Some were just way too stiff others caused pain/stiffness in the morning. I bought these as a random last ditch attempt and they look unassuming, but they are just right. I am so glad I did because I am in love with this pillow!! I am in love with the GEL in these pillows. It’s both cooling and better than just a regular Memory foam style pillow. It’s not too hard, but it’s not too soft all while being supportive. I’ve had Covid for a week and last night I actually slept all the way through the night for the first time! I didn’t feel disoriented or stiff or hot in the morning. Love love love these!! You gotta get one!

Bought these about 6 months ago and just ordered them again for my guest bedroom. Absolutely the most comfy pillows I have found to date. I sleep on my back and sides and there is the perfect amount of support without being too much for either position. Given some of the high end pillows are around $100 each, this is an absolute steal at under $40. I will never buy another pillow again.

I got these pillows half off (so, buy one get one free) when I bought them, which was a great price. They came packaged in a simple box and plastic sleeves. Once opened, however, the smell nearly knocked my socks off — not in a good way. You are going to want to air these pillows out. Put them outside if you can, on a porch or something. If you’re worried about dirt or bugs, put a breathable cover on them, but not something too tight-knit because it will hinder the rate that it airs out. If you have allergies to pollen and can't air them out outside, put them in front of a fan for a few days. Either method you use, don't forget to flip them. Unfortunately for me, I needed to use them right away, so every time I lay in bed I smell it. Other than that, the pillow has been wonderful. It has a cooling cover on one side, but not the other, so if you flip your pillows like I used to, be aware of this. It’s just the right amount of firm and soft. I am a side sleeper, and this supports my neck perfectly when I wedge it between my shoulder and head. I have long hair prone to fizzing, so I have a satin pillow cover. It is standard sized and zips closed, and the pillow fit perfectly in it as if it were made specifically for this pillow, with just enough wiggle room to not make it a pain to take the case off and on but snug enough to keep it in place. If you're like me, or if you have textured natural hair, then I recommend getting a zip-up satin pillowcase for this. However, please note that, as seen in the picture provided, the cooling side is diamond patterned in dark blue, which shows through both the pictured satin pillowcase and my other regular cotton pillowcase. I know this is a small gripe, but if you like your pillows looking neat without a pattern showing underneath I recommend getting either a different cooling cover or taking the cover off before putting a pillowcase on it.

my husband is a fanatic about his pillows and would never give up his gel pillows from YEARS ago! Until I purchased these. Comfortable formation to head and neck and cooling gel is a PLUS!! GREAT purchase!

The design is fancy – it's the James Bond of pillows. I'm half-convinced it's plotting world domination, but as long as it lets me sleep like a baby, I'm cool with that. I mean, who knew a pillow could be so suave? Oh, and the quality of sleep? I'm pretty sure I've unlocked the secret level of sleep that only wizards and this pillow know about. I wake up feeling like I've been to a spa, had a dance-off with sandman, and won a pillow-fighting championship. In conclusion, if you want a pillow that's more than just a snooze accessory – if you want a bedtime companion that brings joy, laughter, and a hint of mystery – Sir Fluffington is your guy. Sleep has never been this amusing, or should I say, Sir-iously funny!

The product came and first thing I noticed was this horrible chemical smell. I took the covers off and washed them the foam was super soft so I let it air out for a week. The smell was still strong and inbeded in the foam itself. I tried soaking them in water to pull the smell out with no avail. The pillow was super soft and had no support even when stacked. I finally took a chance with fear that they will fall apart I put them in the pillow cases and machined washed them. I took them out and sure enough pieces of wet foam was left in the cases. Now in the trash at least the smell is gone.

Love these pillows. Great quality, nice and firm, and definitely keeps us cool.

Just got the Sealy Essentials Cool Touch Memory Foam Pillows, 2 Pack. It showed up in a blank cardboard box and each pillow was individually in its own bag. The bag was clear and blank, and did not feature the Sealy name or logo. I don't know about the single pack, but the 2 Pack appears to be non-retail to me. I will update as I try the pillow, but from first glance it looks like a nice pillow and is exactly as pictured. Update: The pillow does go flat as some have mentioned, so I've dropped one star from my review. IMO, this is only somewhat better than the standard pillow sold at retail stores. I've definitely used better pillows before.
