Lots of pockets - perfect for carrying our toddler's items!
I recently acquired the SKYSPER Foldable Hiking Backpack, and it has proven to be the ideal day pack for various purposes. After a year-long search for bags, this backpack emerged as the most versatile and suitable choice, especially for day trips with our toddler. It effortlessly fits beneath our compact pram, making it ideal for journeys both in London and abroad. The abundance of pockets ensures convenient access to essentials, and the two side mesh pockets are convenient for wet wipes and a water bottle. Despite the thin material for foldability, the backpack proves surprisingly robust. The absence of padding at the back is not an issue for me as it usually sits under the pram. Although it requires a bit of effort to fold it back, I use this as a day pack and don't plan to fold it frequently. The SKYSPER Foldable Hiking Backpack is a fantastic choice for parents, travellers, hikers, and day explorers. Its lightweight yet durable construction, thoughtful design features, and ample storage capacity make it an ideal casual backpack.

Very good bag. Purchased as an overflow backpack when travelling
Purchased this as an overflow backpack to allow us to carry the additional items like duty free or extra stuff for the beach that did not fit into main travel carry on (wheeled). it is now a permanent addition to my main travel packs. Firstly, the good points. 1) the bag packs back into the pouch it came in pretty easily. And with a bit of a quick slap goes into pretty much same size as it came. 2) there are loads of extra pockets for various items so you can keep them all handy and separated. 3) packs up small (but def not pocket sized) and folds out to quite a decent sized backpack that holds quite a lot. The only negatives are: 1) The main zipper separated. Was easy enough to fix with a re-zip. But did not expect that first extended use. So only time will tell on that. 2) As other reviewers say, there is no foam padding. So if you are carry shrarp things, then they will dig into your pack. But hey, I view it as a secondary emergency backpack, and in that role it is fine. so 5 stars from me still

Good starter backpack . Holds a lot of things just lacks rain cover for outside use in bad weather . Lots of different pockets to allow room for carrying lots of items

Good quality and very lightweight
I was a bit concerned that the material on this might be very thin to allow it to fold away inside itself but, although it is a little thin, it seems very strong. There are plenty of compartments and the zips feel good quality too. The only downside is that there is no padding at the back, which I guess there wouldn't be otherwise it wouldn't be so foldable, but it does mean that it can be a bit uncomfortable on your lower back if you have anything hard in there. Fairly easy to solve by packing something soft if you have it. Getting it to fold back inside itself is a bit of a struggle; it's not impossible but you do have to fight with it a bit to get it back in.

Average quality.
The backpack is very plastic feeling and thin. Not suitable for anything heavy. Wouldn't really recommend.

Excellent backpack
Bought this back pack to replace my old one. I use it as a cycling backpack when I do my weekly shopping, it is lightweight and strongly made, with plenty of room and pockets. The shoulder straps adjust well including the chest adjustment strap. I highly recommend and would buy again from this company.

Excellent for price
Review very lat as I’ve had this for a couple of years, I think. Use it regularly, not every day, very light and durable for what I need

Perfect size for me! Earlier this year, my husband and I started hiking and watching hiking videos on YouTube. And as a fun item, my husband purchased a 40L backpack for me. I am 5ft3in tall, and during a day hike, I tried the 40L backpack. The other brand 40L was too long for me to use the hip belt. And it was just...Big. A few months ago, I purchased the 15L Skysper for day hike trips. (On Amazon: SKYSPER 15L/20L Foldable Hiking Backpack Lightweight Packable Travel Daypack with Chest Strap Small Folding Pack for Walking) I loved how it was lightweight and could carry two Smart waters, a Gatorade, and lunch, with room to spare. But when we started to go a bit further into our hiking, planning over night trips, the 15L was too small. (It would hold my tent, floorprint, sleeping pad...but the quilt would have to go on the outside straps.) I ordered a different brand 25L on Amazon. The gear fit into the other brand 25L the same as the Skysper 15L, and the back was too stiff, the shoulders were also too padded to be comfortable. So...forward a month to December 2025. I thought...I wonder if Skysper has a 30L that is similar to their 15L. Viola...it was this one. For me, the attached carry pouch isn't necessary. It took my tiny hands 9 minutes to squeeze out the backpack. It is lightweight...the listing says 0.88lbs. I love the chest strap and the back crisscross holding straps. There are loops for trekking poles (I haven't needed to use them yet). There is a zipped outside pocket and an extra pocket inside too. This is what I fit in mine: -NatureHike Cloud Up1 Tent & floorprint -Sleepingo Sleeping Pad -iClimb 3M Thinsulate Quilt -Lunale Portable Collapsible Stool -Sitting Pad (Outside Straps) And I still had room for other necessities (battery charger, headlamp, etc.) I think it was about 4-5 fists space leftover for the miscellaneous items. I haven't used it for an actual hike yet, just walking around my house and backyard. The chest strap keeps it in place without a hip belt. The straps are comfortable. The side mesh pockets hold water bottles. It was exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent! Lightweight. After daily use, one of the straps began to pull loose on top. Not the fault of the backpack. We got it stitched securely.
