Not going to be much help to you I'm afraid. I haven't had any projects to use it on yet, my wife bought it for a couple photo frames. I can tell you that this use of the product is great, the sheets are optically clear with no distortions edge to edge. Hope this helps.

Cracked a brand new picture cover. Ordered these plexiglass replacements They fit perfectly. So far they’ve shown good protection and have been resistant to any scratches. The plexiglass sheets are not too thick and completely clear, no cloudiness.

Just what I needed

Daughter had pictures she wanted to hang in her dorm. They had glass in the frames. We wanted to make them lighter so we could use 3m strips to hang on dorm walls. Replaced the glass with these and made a huge difference in weight. Also makes them easier to transport as we don't have to worry about the glass breaking when moving dorms each year. Once you remove the protective film, they are clear. Easy to install and look nice.

These plexiglass sheets are sized as advertised (5" x 7") so they fit perfectly in my frame. They come with thin protective plastic sheets on both sides to protect them. However, one of the twelve in my package had a deep scratch. Also, on about half of the sheets the protective plastic was peeled back, exposing the glass to scratching. Oddly, the defective sheet had its protective covers in place -- the defect must have been during manufacturing. The glass is perfectly clear and is of an adequate thickness. Overall I am happy with them, but I deducted a star because of the damaged sheet.

Laster cuts well; easy to remove plastic after laser cutting. 6mm thickness.

I used these to create little windows in a fenced yard for my sister's little doggies. They are so clear that people think its just a hole in the fence instead of a window. Too funny. Good quality and sturdy.

Ordered for a bird feeder. They worked great- just right thickness easy to cut to size for the feeder. Thxs.
