My Miele coffee machine is about 7years old and has never needed repairs, or even been serviced. It may be because I only use Miele products for cleaning and descaling. This cleaning agent for the milk pipe works does not need measuring out. There’s 100 sachets with ready amounts for each use. I use this once a week, so a packet lasts a long time. Seemed a very expensive product, but the machine was very expensive so needs to be cleaned properly. Arrived in good condition. Very easy to use, in individually wrapped sachets.
