purchased this to replace my cheap company given one that ended each day filled with condensation from my head. Plenty of ventilation and the foam padding inside makes it a very comfortable choice. the rear of the cap does not have much protection so be warned if you have a habit of hitting the back of your head

Nice hat but it seems a bit small for my head. I need to wear it more often or stop banging my head!

the rear adjustment is not sufficient

To my mind, this doesn't come down far enough on the temple or back of head, so doesnt feel that secure. If I bend down and shake my head, it falls off. The velcro strap helps, but if you do it up tight, the hat rises up. The rim size is right, so I have the correct size. I dont have the biggest head either! One can find bike helmets that fit better and lower on the head. That said, you look normal wearing it, unlike a bike helmet. Appreciated the choice of 3 different sized peaks and the 3M build quality. I ended up securing it under the chin with bungee cord and an adjuster. If you work hard, your head sweats. Surely one can design something with more vents that still protects the head, comes further down and isnt too thick?
