Unbrauchbarer Artikel von Amazon versendet

Sehr Schade, da der Brustbeutel an sich sehr schön wäre. Aber leider wurde von Amazon ein unbrauchbarer und kaputter Artikel versendet. Durch den Riss unterhalb der Naht, kann der Reissverschluss nicht geöffnet werden. Totalausfall der Qualitätskontrolle. Auf Anfrage wurde mir weder ein Ersatzartikel noch ein Rabatt angeboten. Seht enttäuschender Kundenservice.

おしゃれな外観で素敵なデザインが気に入り購入しました♪でもガードで膨れた折財布とスマホを入れたら満腹の金魚のお腹の様にパンパンになってしまいました。スマホ１つで外出できる人向けでしょうか？イヤーフォンケースも膨れるので気になります。使いこなしが結構難しいチャレンジャブルなアイテムでした。
