I am 5’10, 165 lbs and I wear a size 30. I first ordered medium but it loosened fast so I ordered small and it fits perfectly. I recommend ordering down a size or 2 because these stretch nicely. Thongs have been my primary underwear for 2 years and counting. I own 38 in 7 different styles from 3 brands. 12 of my thongs are these. Of all of my thongs these are the king, I wish I knew about them at the beginning of my thong journey. These keep everything cool and dry down there. They are soft, breezy, and feels like you are wearing nothing. They are comfortable to wear anywhere from the gym to sleeping in. Plus they are very sexy looking and my wife loves them. It’s low rise so there’s no risk of having whale tale and even then the cut looks like athletic men’s underwear like what bodybuilders wear at competitions. There is a star pattern on the crotch and butt fabric however once these are on it’s barely noticeable and that fabric is the secret ingredient to these amazing thongs. It’s also sheer but that’s what helps with the breeze and comfort. The wash instruction says to hand wash only but I machine wash in cold delicate cycle and hang to dry which works nicely. Very comfortable. They run a little big. I’m a 31 waist and I ordered a medium. A small would probably be better. Update- I reordered a small and they are perfect. Very cool for the summer. I just ordered 10 more pairs!

these underwear Are really comfortable. Even with the G-string don't really feel it Give it a try if you buy these. You will like. I am getting 4 More they are so comfortable. Do not even feel the string back there. People do notice especially where I work. Someone made a comment about my butt shaken more. I told This person that I am wearing a G-string This is a older woman. People do notice. So go for it. I do wash them in the washer. No issues yet, so that's a good thing. So go for it.

Nice and smooth and light. Very breathable which is what I like for these hot days. As you can see I'm not a skinny man but these are great for support and stay cool.
