I’ve had lower back and hip pain from side sleeping for years, and most knee pillows either slide out or don’t provide enough support. This Contour Legacy Cool one is different. The shape is thoughtful—it supports both the knee and thigh so my hips stay aligned without any twisting. I don’t wake up as stiff anymore, and it’s made a noticeable difference in how rested I feel. The cooling gel and ventilated foam actually work; it doesn’t get hot or sweaty like regular memory foam pillows do, even on warmer nights. It stays in place all night, no readjusting. The cover unzips and washes easily too. It’s not the cheapest option, but for the relief it gives, it’s been a good buy. I’d get it again if I needed a replacement. Solid product. 5 stars.

If you are considering purchasing the Contour Legacy Pillow for between your knees while you sleep on your side, do not hesitate because you are just missing out on a MOST comfortable sleep 💤. I have used bed pillows, bought “knee pillows” that were so bulky and uncomfortable that I quit trying!! Until I happened upon Contour!!! It fits perfect and is not bulky in the least also is perfectly sized perfectly!! I wish I could buy you one so you can see for yourself!!! They finally got it right for us side sleepers, and the great reviews definitely had me try the Contour Legacy Pillow, and yes I am very glad I did!! I bought both Contour Legacy Leg & Knee Foam Support Pillow and Everlasting Comfort Memory Foam Knee Pillow for Side Sleepers. I’m 5’6, 130 with stick legs. I did not get the cooling version of the Contour Legacy so I can’t speak to that. What I found is the Contour you can ONLY use with the tip between your knees. It was uncomfortable if I tried to move it higher up between my thighs. I will say it helped with back and nerve pain, but when I rolled over, it was this bulky thing that was in the way. And then I had to find it later to put it back in place. For me, it was just a bit too big and awkward. So I’m sending it back. The Everlasting Comfort knee pillow comes with a strap. I never lost it at night, and it wasn’t “in the way” the way I felt the Contour was when I slept. It was very comfortable, I could place it by my knees, or mid thigh, or even elevate a tender arm. It is more versatile than the Contour and I found the relief the same. The Everlasting won for me…

This is the perfect pillow! I have SI joint issues and this has saved my lower back. I’m not achy when I wake in the morning and my hips feel amazing. It’s light weight, firm, and curved to fit my thighs. It’s easy to keep between legs when switching sides. I can even lay with one leg straight when I need to stretch a bit. I was worried a bit that the size was going to be too small, I thought I’d need it for my entire leg and knee support, but I find this actually really comfortable. I’m also only 5’2”. I’m also nursing my 1 year old to sleep by side lying, it’s been heaven. I wish I bought this sooner! Five stars for me.

I woke up the next morning genuinely surprised: no back pain, no stiffness, nothing. It was the first time in a long time that I didn’t roll out of bed feeling like I needed to stretch for ten minutes just to function. The pillow kept my hips aligned in a way I didn’t realize I was missing. The cooling feature is another huge win. I sleep hot, and most foam products make that worse. The rating is for having to keep replacing the pillowcase. The pillow is really great and holds together well. Does a great great job. Even the pillowcase is good quality The problem lies in the cheap zippers they are using. The first broke after about a ywar of use. I saw you could buy another so dod that. A few months later, it broke again. It will get stuck and even when you gently try clear the fabric in the teeth then resume zipping, it breaks. You're left to order another for it to happen again. The website will sell 2pks so they seem to know it's an issue but not enough to fix it. $15 a cover each time to replace it. Seems that's where they're making more money off us. I remove the cover to clean every other week. It should not have a flimsy zipper like cheaper versions.

Love this for sore knee pain!!!! Is soft and perfect shape!!!!! Great price! 1st night's sleep was SO much better, less knee pain!!!!! Great support!!!!

To be honest, I really wasn't expecting this pillow to work. To my surprise it is better then advertised. I have bone on bone arthritis in both knees and always wake up with sore and tired knees. The first morning after using it my knees were fine, not hurting or tired at all. It is easy to use, is not bulky or too high to use yet firm, giving you all the support you need and is compact so it doesn't interfere with the sheets when shifting at night. I highly recommend this pillow to anyone who struggles with any type of pain and needs support.

Muy comoda, mi medico me recomendo dormir de lado con las piernas juntas por mis problemas de columna. aun intentandolo no descansaba bien ni aguantaba la postura mucho tiempo por que mis rodillas chocaban entre si, al despertar estaba en la psotura habitual, pero no la recomendada por el medico. con esta alnohada eso ya no me sucede y puedo dormir toda la noche sin molestias en las rodillas y ya no despierto en otra postura.
