Works great. Callers say the quality is outstanding. I like the headset. It's comfortable and has a noise cancelling mic. Worth the money for my work desk phone

We added this wired headset because we had issues with to many wireless on same frequency and it works great!

I have no idea if it works or not. This item needs other pieces to connect to a computer.

I'll give this some credit... it's one of the cheaper units on the market at the time of our purchase. It's light weight, and I've never had issues with sound on the mic or the speaker although it could be louder in certain situations. I keep the phone volume all the way up in most instances. Now the bad... the materials are just plain cheap plastic. You would see better quality in a $10 headset from any electronics store. I've had the head band break on two of them in less than year. It's required me to zip tie and tape it to hold it together. There is also no way to replace just the band. The ear pad is pretty basic and is falling apart. The replacements are expensive if you can find them. I would give this a zero on durability and a one in comfort. No way I would purchase these for a whole department. Overall I would not recommend this unit. I am using it with a Polycom Soundpoint IP550. I don't understand why these are so expensive. With IP phones now becoming virtual on any PC and being able to use any USB headset these things should be dirt cheap but even on Ebay they're still expensive for what you get.
