I purchased the new Leitner LH570 on the recommendation of a friend. I rarely write reviews, but this one calls for it. First, it's an excellent addition to my work setup! I've used it for a Zoom call, Facetime, and even a one-hour phone call with a colleague, and the headset performed exceptionally well throughout. I love the focus light that tells my partner I'm on a call (she figured this out right away!). Also, the noise cancellation is impressive. The signal is crystal clear all around my house, even when I tested it outside in the yard, which was surprising to me. The headset has a long battery life, and I hardly used any of it during my usage. The setup process was a breeze, which is always a plus. The base with the LED glow light is stylish and adds a nice touch to my workspace. My friend recommended this brand to me, and I can see why. Also, who needs extended warranties given their 5-year warranty? Overall, I'm extremely happy. It's a premium device that offers great value, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality headset for their work setup.

This my second Leitner headset. My first Leitner DECT headset was lost - I walk around with it so much I think it was accidentally thrown out! This time, I upgraded to the LH570 I think these are great value. I use this with an ARM based Mac via USB-C. The range covers our whole property, no static, no connection issues. It's quite good to be able to walk the house and grounds while on conference calls or meetings. The battery life is excellence, get compliments on the voice quality, and it's quite comfortable. My only room for improvement would be a small light on the tip of the microphone to show mute status. Currently, you hold a volume button down for a second and you hear a few short beeps. I think the beeps reoccur every 5 minutes to remind of the mute. I'd love a quick visual to verify that the microphone is muted. Then could easily glance down to see if the red light is on for mute or not without unnecessary beeps in the ear. Other than that, excellent microphone, great range, cheaper than other options, no compatibility issues, NO NEED TO INSTALL SOFTWARE, perfect.

very good headset. what i don't like is the focus light . i use this in my bedroom, and the light will light up the room completely. i had to cover the light which goes 3/4 way around the base, with tape. i also think they should list the phones that are compatible w/headset that have a headset connection, so you don't have to lift the hand phone.

Comfortable, clear and easy to install....Not to mention the over the top customer service. I recommend these headsets to anyone and everyone.

I had been using another wireless headset for 10+ years that was due to be replaced. Based on my great service history with Headsets.com I went to their site to select a replacement model. I purchased the LH570. Right out of the box total setup time was less than :10 minutes. Once it reached a full charge I was able to start making calls. Great clarity and it does a nice job of blocking out background noise (I have a needy cat who like to "talk" to me). Love the ease of use and sound quality!
