I received for Christmas last year. The unit stopped charging over the summer. I had not the time to deal with it until tonight. I looked up serial number and it said still under warranty. I called the number for HP customer service and was speaking to an actual person within 10 minutes. to shorten this story... after about 15 minutes of back and forth discussion of problem and solution and an exchange of emails He says my new unit will be shipped in 5 to 8 business days. The funny part is i bought another one this afternoon. Gues i now have a spare

These are great! The quality is amazing. Sound quality is great. We’ve purchased two and love them. Charging is very easy. You have two options. Either use the plug directly to the ear piece or use the charging station. Connectivity to your computer is a simple plug and play. Clarity in sound is spot on. Also, the audio to mute background noise is superb. Overall function I love!

The sound quality was really good. The noise cancellation was exceptional. The primary reason I returned is it was a bad fit for my ear. It rub my ear wrong no matter what I did with it. It might be A better choice for somebody that has smaller ears

This is only earpiece I used. I have 2 earpieces. The main thing is to have both the case and earpiece charged at all times. You also have to keep up with the updates. This is the only brand I have been using over 8 years.

Mic no longer works. Never had so many issues with these products until they became "Poly". not even sure how to get warranty on this 3 month old device.

I've been using Plantronics for over 7 years and I always used this particular Bluetooth headset. This is the first time I've had problems. I'm get a lot of people telling me that it cuts out while in mid conversation. Plantronics, you've let me down.

I like the voice quality at both ends, noise cancellation was very good. The only draw back is its connectivity. It does not cover even 20 meters in office space. My office is made of wood and no concrete was used but still J did not get its full connectivity. More over its battery is only for 6 hours its easy to use though its head is bulky and thise who use glasses its little znnoying. Very nice and superb quLjty

I have used so many different ear pieces for my phone. None of them have been as good as Plantronics. I have used their products for over 10 years now. The earpiece has a travel case, which is chargeable. That is nice if I don’t have a charging cord with me. It also keeps the earpiece safe. I can track the earpiece with my phone if I misplace it. It has different size ear inserts so it fits perfectly. I have gifted my sister and a friend this product and they don’t leave home without it. It is also private. Cell phones are loud and most people can normally hear the conversations. With this earpiece that will never happen. Love this product!

If you are sceptical of a mono headset working well to filter out ann energetic and raucous open office environment, then I can assure you that this powerful POLY mono headset is better than most of the dual headset systems available. I really wanted a headset that not only filtered out the background noise (whilst I am on a call or a Teams screen meeting), but one that I could easily monitor my own voice to ensure that I wasn’t contributing to a noisy office environment. It fits snuggly on my ear, even wearing glasses and it doesn’t posture much at all. In fact, I swap it to my outer ear depending on where I sit, so that my colleagues can see that I am “busy” and they don’t interrupt. The Bluetooth connection is easily set up and wireless connection enables me to walk around if I am on a longer call/video link. Feedback from my colleagues has been stellar. They say that my voice is clear, background sounds are very minimal and a number of colleagues have already purchased the same Poly. I highly recommend this product.

I am a professional driver and I needed a earpiece so I could take calls on the road. This does the job and it holds a good battery life. Tye quality is good 👍🏻.
