There aren't too many reviews for this product, so thought I'd leave one. Context for my review: Was previously taking magnesium glycinate tablets, 100mg each, x3 per night. Did that for a year while on a keto diet. I was recommended to take 400mg, but I couldn't force myself to get 4 of those huge chalk-like tablets down. Worked well to prevent restless legs, cramps, and other low electrolyte problems. No stomach trouble. Someone suggested I try capsules. YES --why didn't I think of that?! So I bought these. - Ingredients? Great! No starchy fillers. - Easy to swallow? Yes! Sure, they are large capsules, but much better to swallow 2 of these than 4 pieces of chalk. - Helping restless legs? Not as much, which is strange considering I'm taking 400mg now. Hmm. - Stomach trouble? Yes, I'm getting loose stools now. Assuming that the ingredients are exactly what they say, then the stomach trouble may just be from the increase dosage. I'm going to try splitting up the 2 caps into 2 doses and see if that helps. Not sure why my legs feel kind of restless sometimes. Maybe I need more sodium and it isn't from this product at all. Just reordered a 2nd bottle and plan to keep using this product.

I’ve purchased this supplement many times and have used it for about a year. I will never purchase another brand. When I use this daily, I notice a major change in my body odor! When I use this registry combined with magnesium spray, I have almost no body odor- ANYWHERE. I can even go without deodorant! This is an excellent supplement and I suggest combining it with the topical magnesium spray!
